🇪🇺 Transnational Partners Meeting in France – ECOROUTES Project 🇫🇷

On 6th November 2025, partners of the ECOROUTES – Unlocking the Potential of Youth in Tourism project gathered in Aix-en-Provence, France for the Transnational Partners Meeting (TPM), hosted by CBE Sud Luberon.

🌿 About ECOROUTES
ECOROUTES aims to empower young people with knowledge and skills in sustainable tourism, encouraging responsible engagement with local natural and cultural heritage.

✨ During the TPM, partners from Italy, Slovenia, Cyprus, Greece, Austria, and France:
• Reviewed project management and progress;
• Presented the Educational KIT for youth learning;
• Shared updates on the interactive high-tech ECOROUTES mobile app;
• Coordinated the development of the ECOROUTES portal and experiential activities;
• Discussed dissemination strategies and next steps for the project;
• Engaged in discussions, Q&A sessions, and joint planning for upcoming activities.

This meeting strengthened collaboration among international partners, ensuring that ECOROUTES continues to develop innovative, inclusive, and sustainable tourism experiences for young people across Europe. 🌍💚

Ecoroutes - Unlocking the Potential of Youth in the Tourism, Razvojna agencija Sotla – Slovenian edition of the Ecoroutes training

As part of the Slovenian edition of the Ecoroutes training, we held one of the final sessions with students, focusing on opportunities in tourism and on who they see themselves as in 10 years. We heard visions of future tour guides, flight attendants, hotel and apartment owners, and creators of new experiences – all with a clear understanding of how essential green and sustainable standards are for the future of tourism. The training offered young people space for reflection, new knowledge, and motivation to shape a more responsible tourism future.

Ecoroutes - Unlocking the Potential of Youth in Tourism: Youth Mobility Completed

In recent days, we successfully concluded the ECOROUTES training mobility, which brought together young participants from Slovenia, France, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, and Austria to explore how sustainable tourism can drive local development, innovation, and environmental awareness.

The mobility combined training sessions, discussions, and practical experiences—from learning about sustainable tourism models and digital transformation, to exploring the cultural and natural heritage of Aix-en-Provence.

The sessions highlighted youth engagement as a key force in shaping the future of responsible and regenerative tourism—one that values nature, culture, and community equally.

A big thank you to all partners and participants for their dedication, creativity, and collaboration. 🌍💚
