Heartwarming Morning at CWM Hospital! 🏥💙
Today, I had the privilege of joining the CWM Trolley Volunteers for the first time, and it was an experience that truly touched my heart.
Seeing the dedication of the team as we navigated the hospital wards this morning was incredibly moving. We had the opportunity to service both the Maternity Ward and the Children’s Ward, bringing comfort and essentials directly to those who need them most.
The smiles we encountered and the gratitude of the patients and their families reminded me exactly why our community work is so important. A huge thank you to the fellow volunteers for making my first run so memorable and for the tireless work you do every week to support our public health services.
We are so proud to be part of this collective effort to bring a little extra care and support into the halls of CWM! 🌟

Urgent Appeal: Community-Led Recovery Support 🙏🏽

We are reaching out on behalf of Corona Fiji to rally support for families in our community who have tragically lost everything in a recent house fire. They are currently navigating the incredibly difficult process of rebuilding their lives from the ground up, and we are committed to helping them recover.
We are seeking donations from our members and the wider community to help them regain a sense of normalcy and stability. We are currently in urgent need of the following items:
• Clothing & Footwear: 👚👕👖🩲🩳👗🥿🩴👞 (adults, children aged from 14 - 2 years old). Clean, gently used or new clothing and shoes for men, women and children.
• Bedding & Linens: Fresh blankets, double bed sheets, pillows, and towels.
• Kitchen & Household Essentials: 🍴🫖🥣🍽️ Basic cookware, dinnerware, cutlery, and essential kitchen appliances.
• Toiletries & Personal Hygiene Items: 🧼🧻🪥 Soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, sanitary products, and other basic grooming supplies.
• Non-Perishable Food Items: 🥫🍪🧃Canned goods, rice, flour, tea, and other staples that are easy to store and prepare.
• Furniture & Appliances: 🛌🛋️🪑 Small furniture items or appliances (if you have larger items like washing machine, please contact us to coordinate logistics).

A huge heartfelt thank you to all the amazing ladies on the CWM Trolley today. Despite all the obstacles and challenges throughout the day, we still came together, supported one another, and made it work for the families and patients who needed us most. 🙏✨
