Spinal Injury Association of Fiji Spinal Injury Association was established in the mid 80s by physically impaired individuals.

It strives to provide persons living with disability to live a barrier free life by providing equipments and medical supplies free of any cost. SIA was registered under the Charitable Trust Act on the 17th of December, 1993. It has over 600 members Fiji wide who are dependent on SIA's services.
