On August 5, 2026, the Naunau 'o e 'Alamaite Tonga Association (NATA) took a GIANT leap forward! 🤝 We officially signed a new Intervention with Palladium International Pty Ltd (Australia) titled: "Developing a pig farmer support model for an Organization of Persons with Disabilities." 🐖🌱

But wait, there’s more! Today, we signed the THREE amazing individuals who will pilot this project! 🙌

This initiative isn't just about farming; it’s about EMPOWERMENT. 💪 We are helping families with disabled members build a sustainable business to support their households. 🏠❤️

Today is a proud day for NATA. We are taking our first steps toward a future where disabilities are not a barrier to success. Let’s go! 🚀

🇹🇴🤝🌱 Big moves in Patangata! 🌱🤝🇹🇴

We are thrilled to share that the Naunau 'o e 'Alamaite Tonga Association (NATA) has successfully delivered a truck full of topsoil to the community of Patangata! 🚛💨

This isn't just dirt—it's hope and opportunity! This project, run in partnership with MAFFF, is specifically designed to empower our brothers and sisters with disabilities. ♿️💪

Today marks the beginning of preparing a plot of land that will soon become a thriving vegetable garden. 🥬🍅🥕 This initiative ensures that everyone has the chance to grow fresh, healthy veggies for their household meals. 🥗🏠

🤝 From Donations to Daily Bread! 🙌❤️

Over the past couple of months, the 'Alamaite Tonga Association (NATA) has been holding fundraisers to support our members in need. And yesterday, we saw that love in action! 🥹

One of our members, Fisi'ihea Visio, reached out to the NATA office for help. She needed materials (lou 'akau) to complete her ta'ovala work—something that not only keeps our culture alive but also puts food on her family's table. 🧵👑

Within hours, NATA responded and provided exactly what she needed to keep working! 💪

🗣️ "This has been tough for my family, especially with my disability," Fisi'ihea shared.
"So I reached out to NATA for help, and thank God—they gave me what I needed to complete the ta'ovala and help generate income for my family." 🙏

🌱 From Seed to Table! 🍅🥬

Back in April, the Naunau 'a e 'Alamaite Tonga Association distributed seeds to our members in Kolonga. Fast forward to today, and look at the harvest! 🌿 Our farmers with disabilities are now reaping the fruits of their labor—beautiful tomatoes, crisp lettuces, and vibrant capsicums. 🧑‍🌾❤️

Seeing the joy and pride on their faces as they contribute to their own household tables is absolutely priceless. This is what empowerment looks like! 👏

A huge MAFFF for making this partnership possible. Together, we are growing more than just food; we are growing confidence and hope. 🇹🇴🤝

Today, the Naunau 'o e 'Alamaite Tonga Association (NATA) Advocacy outreach team took their mission to Popua! 🤝💙

We sat down with our brothers and sisters living with disability to talk about the programs NATA has ready for them. 🗣️♿

This marks the second community we’ve visited to truly listen — to hear their voices, gather clear data, and make sure no one is left behind. 📊✅

Huge thank you to every caregiver and every person with disability who showed up, shared, and believed. 🙌💪

We will keep working together — because our voices matter. 🗣️✨
