Building Trusted Public Brands: Lessons from a Founder‑Led Coworking and Community Space: Speaker Bio: Dipti Sharma
Dipti Sharma is the founder and CEO of Fiji, a coworking and community space in Nadi that is reimagining how entrepreneurs and professionals work in the Pacific.
She is also the founder and director of Eventuros Fiji, an award‑winning digital marketing, communications and events agency with over 20 years of experience leading media, branding, and enterprise‑development campaigns across Fiji and the region.
A nationally recognised entrepreneur—Tech Entrepreneur of the Year 2023 and part of CMO Asia’s Top 50 Women in Leadership—Dipti is known for building purpose‑driven brands that connect people, places, and stories. Through Women in Tech Fiji, where she serves as Director of Marketing, Communications and Events, she has helped hundreds of women‑led businesses gain visibility, secure funding, and build cohesive brand narratives that resonate with local communities and global audiences.
For government PR and communications officials, Dipti’s experience is especially valuable: she demonstrates how to build strong, founder‑led brands on constrained budgets, leverage digital storytelling to cut through noise, and turn public institutions and initiatives into trusted, community‑centric brands.
At PNGPR Week 2026, participants will gain practical insights into shaping clear, consistent messaging, engaging audiences in small‑market, high‑visibility environments, and designing campaigns that blend authenticity, inclusion, and impact—tools they can directly apply to public‑sector communications in Papua New Guinea and the wider Pacific.
