Welcome to my Mia's Health. We provide two services:
1. We help to empower health professionals to improve the quality of life of their clients through educational workshops and expanding referral pathways through professional networking events.

2. Our Exercise Physiology services help you to manage your health and chronic diseases with exercise and a heallthy lifestyle. We often present at corpo

rate events and help individuals prevent, manage and treat chronic conditions, obesity, hypertension, PTSD, depression, diabetes and pain. What is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist in brief? I graduated from a Master of International Public Health at USYD and I studied at UNSW in the Medicine Faculty to achieve excellence in Exercise Physiology which is a 4-year University degree that qualifies health professionals to specialise in the delivery of exercise, lifestyle and behavioral modification programs.
