We are proud to announce the 2026 Midwifery Leadership Journey Cohort

In partnership with WomenLift Health , we have selected these women leaders to participate in the 2026 Midwifery Leadership Journey Cohort, a fully funded, 12-month leadership initiative designed to support women across West Africa through the challenges and opportunities of advancing to senior leadership positions within the midwifery and maternal and newborn health ecosystem.

These women are already driving impact across care delivery, advocacy, policy, education, and health systems strengthening. Through this journey, they will deepen their leadership through coaching, mentorship, peer learning, and reflection alongside a powerful community of women equally committed to transforming health outcomes.

This is an investment in the women shaping the future of maternal and newborn health across the region.
