Kaisu and Enni are spending their second summer working in assembly at Crimppi – learning to run semi-automatic crimping machines, solving challenges, and building the kind of confidence that comes from mastering hands-on work.

A big part of what made them come back is the team. A team made up of people who welcome questions, help you fix mistakes, and leave a card on your desk when you're out on Work Friends' Day.💙

Carbon-neutral operations are an important milestone. But they are only part of the picture.

For many industrial companies, the largest share of emissions lies
beyond their own facilities—in the value chain.

In 2025, Crimppi took concrete steps to improve visibility across our supply chain by bringing supplier communication and sustainability data into one shared platform. This strengthens our ability to understand and manage emissions across the entire value chain and creates the foundation for future Scope 3 reporting.

Our long-term ambition is clear: to report carbon footprint at product level.
