Hakekaa löytötavaranne ja kaikki muu ylimääräinen omaisuutenne Excaliburilta!
Excalibur suorittaa suursiivousta ja ylimääräisen omaisuuden hävittämistä, jos sinulle tulee jotain erityistä säästämisen arvoista mieleen ota yhteyttä alempana olevaan sähköpostiin.
Löytötavaroita on kerätty punaiseen laatikkoon ja sen lähelle. Laatikko on ulko-ovesta vasemmalla kerhohuoneen sisäpuolella. Löytötavaroita ja muuta jäsenistön omaisuutta voi myös löytyä muualtakin kerhohuoneelta, joten kerääthän kaiken omaisuutesi pois.
Samalla hankkiudumme eroon vanhoista ja käyttämättömistä kahvimukeista. Käytössä olevat kahvimukit kuuluu siirtää ennen takarajaa jäsenistön uudelle hyllylle, jotta käyttämättömät mukit voidaan erotella. Takarajan jälkeen kahvimukit siirretään takaisin alkuperäiselle paikalleen.
Jäsenistölle tarkoitettuun väliseinää vasten olevan matala hylly otetaan kerhon käyttöön. Jos käytät joitakin näistä hyllyistä siirrä tavarasi uudelle kokonaan jäsenistölle tarkoitetulle hyllylle, joka löytyy ulko-oven takaa. Muuten kerho ottaa tavarat omistukseensa. Hyllyjä aiotaan jakaa myöhemmin pienempiin osiin ja tarpeen mukaan mahdollisesti lisätä jäsenille tarkoitettua hyllytilaa.
Jäsenistölle tarkoitetuista lomakelokerikossa ja miniatyyrikaapissa (ja sen päällä) oleviin omaisuuksiin emme koske, m***a pyydämme poistamaan käyttämättömät tavarat niistä.
Takaraja kaikille toimepiteille on 31.8., jonka jälkeen tavarat siirtyvät kerhon omistukseen ja ne voidaan hävittää ilman erillistä ilmoitusta.
Muistakaa myös että piirrokset ja muut paperit eivät kuulu pöydille levälleen, vaan jäsenistölle tarkoitetuille säilytyspaikoille.

Get your lost and found items and all your other extra possessions from Excalibur!
Excalibur a doing a major cleaning in the clubroom if you have something special in mind that should be saved contact the email below.
The lost and found items have been collected in a red box and near it. The box is to the left of the entrance on the inside of the clubroom. Some lost and found items and extra possessions might still be found around the clubroom so please collect all of your possessions.
We are also getting rid of old and unused coffee mugs. Coffee mugs still in use should be moved to the members' new shelves before the deadline so that unused mugs can be separated. After the deadline the mugs will be moved back to their original spot.
The members' shelves that are next to the partition wall will be put to use by the club. If you are using any of these shelves you should move your items to the members' new shelves. The shelves are behind the entrance door. If you do not move your items the club will take ownership of the items. The members' new shelves are going to be split into smaller sections and if needed more shelves will be added.
Items in the paper organizer meant for members and the miniature cabinet (and the items on top) will not be touched but we ask to remove unused items from them.
The deadline for these actions is 31.8. after which items left at the club will take possession of them and they can be gotten rid of without a separate notice.
Please also remember that sketches/drawings and other papers are not to be strewn across tables but in places meant for members' items.
