Dear Friends,
On behalf of the organising committee of Rauma අවුරුදු හමුව 2025, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to all participants, volunteers, and supporters who helped make this celebration such a meaningful and successful event.
Your presence, support, and energy brought our community together in a truly unforgettable way.
💐 Event Highlights Recap:
🍪 A lovely breakfast table and delicious Sri Lankan lunch were enjoyed by all.
🎊 Traditional Avurudu games brought joy to both children and adults.
🪁 The kite-flying moments lit up the skies and the children's faces.
🎁 Every child received a gift—a gesture that touched many hearts and was one of the most celebrated moments of the day.
🎶 The day was enriched with music, dancing, and beautiful cultural expressions.
👨👩👧👦 Participants from beyond Rauma, including families from Pori and other cities, were warmly welcomed and felt included as part of our community.
We’re deeply moved by the kind and thoughtful feedback shared by participants, expressing how much the event meant to their families. Comments highlighting the joy of the children, the inclusive spirit, and the attention to meaningful details truly affirm our collective effort.
