Dear tenants,

the unfortunate situation is that many of you are forced to end your exchange period earlier than expected. (If you have decided to stay, you can ignore this message) Some of you might leave very soon and have less time for prepare the moving out but we hope that all of you read our moving out information and follow the instructions.

The most important things you need to do is: 1. Inform us by email about the cancellation 2. Inform your bank details by submitting the deposit refund form through OmaPSOAS or from our www.psoas.fi website (If you have paid rents in advance, it will be refunded with the deposit) 3. Return your keys to the nearest PSOAS office. (We are aware that Linnanmaa campus will be closed starting from tomorrow so you can return your keys to our city centre office Mannenkatu 6 A) 4. Clean as much as you can. Setting the appointment for inspection with janitor is not necessary.

NOTE! If you have already informed us about the cancellation by email and haven't received any answer, please dont worry. We have received lot of emails and trying to answer to all of you one at a time.

Hello to all new exchange students and welcome to Oulu!

As a reminder for you.

Firstly: PSOAS Housing info for Exchange students on Monday 2nd of September at 8.15-9.00 in
Lecture hall L1, Linnanmaa campus. PSOAS Service Manager Mr Jari Simonen will present PSOAS housing to all exchange students who rent a room through PSOAS.

Secondly: Exchange students tenancy agreements are signed on Tuesday 3rd of September at 14.15-16.00 in lecture hall L7. More information given at the Monday morning's info session.

Lastly: To use the Campusnet you will first need to create an OmaPSOAS account at www.omapsoas.fi. The account can be created on Sunday 1st of September with the personal rent reference number which can be found on the rent payment form. Once you have created the OmaPSOAS account, you can login to Campusnet using the same account within an hour.
