Kutsumme teidät lämpimästi mukaan tukemaan uutta humanitaarista missiotamme Ukrainaan.💙💛
Huomenna, perjantaina 6.2. klo 11.00–13.00 olemme paikalla Kauppakeskus Granissa, keräämässä tukea tätä missiota varten.
Avuksi jatkuvaan humanitaariseen kriisiin ja ankariin talviolosuhteisiin valmistelemme ajoneuvoa liikkuvaksi lämmittelyasemaksi. Sen avulla jaamme kuumia juomia ja ennen kaikkea inhimillistä lämpöä Kiovan kaupunginosissa sähkökatkosten aikana.

Miten voit auttaa:
Otamme kiitollisina vastaan pikajuomia, kuten kaakaota, keittoja, teetä, kahvia ja vitamiinijuomia, sekä hunajaa, suklaata ja keksejä. Myös termokset ja lämpimät peitot ovat erittäin tervetulleita.
Pienikin teko voi olla merkityksellinen ja jokaisen ulottuvilla.
Älkäämme aliarvioiko pieniä hyväntekeväisyyden tekoja — jokainen lämmin huolenpidon pisara merkitsee.

WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!
We are preparing a new HUMANITARIAN MISSION to UKRAINE🇺🇦
The situation in Kyiv and many other regions is devastating. People are surviving this harsh winter without proper electricity, heating, or water supplies.
Help is needed on every level.
This time, we are sending a vehicle equipped as a Mobile Warm-Up Station, providing hot drinks and warm human presence in neighborhoods most affected by this humanitarian catastrophe.
It may seem small, but it is something real, tangible, and meaningful we can offer to fellow human beings in this tragic situation.

In December, the Nadiya team completed another humanitarian mission in Ukraine — our fourth humanitarian mission in 2025. This time, our work included a 5-day residential recovery retreat for women therapists in the Carpathian Mountains, as well as humanitarian aid delivered to the frontlines in the Kharkiv region — including a van, essential supplies for frontline volunteers, and Christmas gifts for children of soldiers and for orphans.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who contributed to making this mission possible — to our friends, partners, and volunteer networks both in Finland and in Ukraine. Your care, generosity, and commitment truly made a difference.
Here we share a few glimpses from this journey, along with our heartfelt wishes for the New Year. May it bring more meaningful projects, stronger connections, and — most importantly — the peace we are all waiting for so deeply. 💙💛

CHRISTMAS MISSION TO UKRAINE❤️
✨The Light of Hope✨
We are launching a new humanitarian mission to Ukraine — and we need your help!
This time, our mission has two parts:
✅1. Humanitarian aid for Kharkiv.
We are planning to buy a van and fill it with essential supplies for our friends on the front line: fire extinguishers, sleeping bags, warm gear, hygiene items, and more.
We will also bring Christmas gifts to children, families of soldiers, and orphans in the Kharkiv region. After the trip, the van will stay in service on the frontier, helping deliver vital aid where it's needed most.
✅2. Residential women’s retreat
We are organising this retreat for psychologists, therapists, activists and volunteers from all across Ukraine — women who support others living through the horrors of war, women who work with families who have lost loved ones in war. There are 20 incredible, strong, big-hearted women who need support now. This is our moment to offer them a safe space to rest, to resource themselves, and to heal their own wounds.

Dear friends!
We are excited to share with you the fruit of our 2- year work within CCA project that was carried out with the support of European Union, funded by Erasmus + program.

A Handbook in which we’ve gathered many embodiment, art therapy, and drama therapy practices for working with refugees and the professionals who support them.
All the practices are based on a trauma-informed approach with a scientific and theoretical foundation, which is covered in the first part of the book.

Our art-therapist Alyona Budina is giving the overview of the handbook in the video🤗

Dear friends! 🙌🏻 🤗
Our 2-year long journey with the CCA project is coming to its culminating conclusion with a final festival in Lille, France! All CCA partners have come together to share what we have accomplished during this partnership together witht the beneficiaries and welcoming French audience.
Our art-therapist Alyona Budina is representing Nadiya at this festival together with our active beneficiary Demchenko Olena sharing the methodology, life stories and hearts during these 2 days of the festival.
On Wednesday Alyona Budina will be facilitating one of the Creativity workshops: the art therapy workshop on the Collage of Self-Expression and Demchenko Olena will also facilitate the final Clarity session showing that the methodology already goes beyond the project through the trainers that have embraced the CCA approach.

We will share the glimpses of the festival days, so stay tuned! 🤍🫶

Today our Nadiya team gathered in a cozy place that fuels creativity and great conversations.

We took time to plan our upcoming season with the highlight of the CCA festival awaiting for us in France, discussed our humanitarian mission to Ukraine that you can all contribute to and a potential new project where we can continue doing our meaningful work in the field of mental well-being for war-affected individuals in Ukraine.

HUMANITARIAN MISSION TO UKRAINE🇺🇦
This September we are heading to Kharkiv.
🌻 Our goal is to deliver:
✅ A vehicle for the field hospital in Kharkiv
✅ Gift packages for the new school year for children of soldiers and orphans

Let’s join hands once again! Instead of endless talks about big politics, we can take small, real actions that bring light into someone’s life.

On June 14-15 we successfully completed two powerful and heartful days of Erasmus + Clarity, Creativity & Action (CCA) training in a special space of Stenhalla, Espoo, surrounded by nature. We would like to share the glimpses of this beautiful journey with you.
Although each day had its own rhythm and atmosphere, both days were rooted in the CCA methodology — offering participants an embodied journey through movement, creativity and action.
Our participants who all are Ukrainian refugees living in Finland got a meaningful introduction to the CCA approach, were introduced to the tools for self-regulation and connection — with themselves, each other, and the environment.
We are grateful to our international team of facilitators and their heartfelt contribution and to each participant for openness, trust, and curiosity.
