Pian on taas se aika vuodesta, kun Emilelle valitaan uusi hallitus. Hallitus valitaan syyskokouksessa, joka pidetään 26.11. Ennen tätä, Instagramissa pyörivät hallitusesittelyt, joissa jokainen hallituksen nykyinen jäsen kertoo omasta pestistään ja sen sisällöistä. After the introductions, there will be a board application info session at Teerenpeli, where you’ll have a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
At the autumn meeting, the board is elected through voting. Prepare in advance to explain why you should be chosen for your desired position. Please attend the meeting even if you are not running as a candidate, so you can influence the composition of the upcoming board.
Applying for the board does not require any previous experience in the role you are applying for or in board activities – all new board members receive comprehensive training. You will also have the support of the previous board members, so you won’t be alone🧡
