Autumn trip is here, are you ready?
As per tradition, Kala ja Kulaus ry will head out on its autumn trip from October 10th to 12th to the Kangaslampi Camp Center in Äänekoski. The trip lasts three days, from Friday to Sunday. The drive from Jyväskylä to Kangaslampi is about an hour.
The program includes sauna, fishing, games, and of course one evening with Kulauksen’s famous fish soup. Accommodation will be in small 4-person cabins. In addition, we will have access to the main building, which is equipped with a kitchen and a dining hall large enough for the whole group. The kitchen has a selection of dishes and cutlery, a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, freezer, electric stove, and oven. Toilets and a wood-heated sauna are in separate outbuildings. So, there will be plenty of space. The camp area also has a sports field for various outdoor activities such as basketball, football, and volleyball, as well as a frisbee golf course and a campfire spot.

The maximum number of participants is 30, and there is a quota of 8 spots reserved for freshmen, so all new members will have the chance to join.
You will need atleast the following things with you, weather-appropriate cloathing, bedding/sleeping bag, personal hygiene products, your own food and drinks, and any fishing gear you might want.
To the camp center, we will go by carpools.
The price for the trip will be around 20€ for members and 23€ for non-members, but the exact amount will be confirmed after we know the total number of participants.

To register, send an email to [email protected]. Registration opens on Wednesday (today), September 24th at 18:00 and closes one week later on Friday, October 3rd at 18:00.

Whether you are a member (membership fee paid)
Whether you are a freshman
Whether you have a car available/how many places
Do you need to borrow fishing equipment
You may register yourself and one other, but remember to write his e-mail on the message.
