Tietotekniikan palvelualalle uusi valtakunnallinen työehtosopimus

YTN, Tietoala ry ja Teknologiateollisuuden työnantajat ry ovat neuvotelleet uuden valtakunnallisen työehtosopimuksen tietotekniikan palvelualalle. Sopimus astuu voimaan tänään tiistaina 8.4.2025 ja se koskee Teknologiateollisuuden työnantajat ry:n jäsenyritysten työntekijöitä.

Alan valtakunnallisen normaalisitovan työehtosopimuksen piirissä on noin 23 000 työntekijää. Myös monet it-alalla toimivat järjestäytymättömät yritykset ovat ilmoittaneet noudattavansa valtakunnallista työehtosopimusta. Sopimus on voimassa 30.11.2027 asti. Viimeinen vuosi on kuitenkin irtisanottavissa molemmin puolin.

Ensisijaisesti palkankorotuksista neuvotellaan joka vuosi paikallisesti. Jollei paikallisesti päästä sopimukseen, käytetään työehtosopimuksen ”perälautaa”. Perälaudassa sopimuskauden palkankorotukset ovat yhteensä 7,8 prosenttia, joista yleiskorotusten osuus on 5,0 prosenttia. Sopimuksen palkkaratkaisun kustannusvaikutus noudattaa niin sanottua yleistä linjaa.

New National Collective Agreement for the IT Service Sector

YTN, Tietoala ry, and Technology Industry Employers of Finland have negotiated a new nationwide collective agreement for the IT service sector. The agreement comes into effect today, Tuesday, April 8, 2025, and applies to the employees of the member companies of the Technology Industry Employers of Finland.

Approximately 23,000 employees are covered by the nationally binding collective agreement for the IT service sector. Many non-unionized companies have also announced that they will comply with the IT sector collective agreement. The agreement is valid until November 30, 2027. However, the last year can be terminated by either party.

Primarily, salary increases are negotiated locally every year. If no local agreement is reached, the “fallbacks” of the collective agreement are used. The total salary increases for the agreement period are 7.8%, of which the general increases account for 5.0%. The cost impact of the salary solution follows the so-called general line.

The employees of IT service sector, YTN and the Technology Industry Employers of Finland have reached a negotiation result for a new collective agreement for the IT service sector. The agreement covers approximately 23,000 employees based on the normally binding nature.

The national collective agreement for the IT service sector is also followed in the majority of companies in the sector that do not have their own collective agreement.

The sector employs slightly more than 81,000 employees.

The negotiation result will be submitted to the administrations of the contracting parties.

Tietoala ry, YTN ja Teknologiateollisuuden työnantajat ry ovat saaneet aikaan neuvottelutuloksen tietotekniikan palvelualan uudeksi työehtosopimukseksi. Sopimuksen piirissä on normaalisitovuuden perusteella noin 23 000 työntekijää.

Valtakunnallista tietotekniikan palvelualan työehtosopimusta noudatetaan myös suurimmassa osassa alan niistä yrityksistä, joissa ei ole omaa työehtosopimusta.

Ala työllistää hieman yli 81 000 työntekijää.

Neuvottelutulos siirtyy sopijaosapuolten hallintojen käsittelyyn.

Jätimme tänään 3.4.2025 oman esityksemme tietoalan työehtosopimuksen kokonaisratkaisuksi. Odotamme työnantajien vastausta esitykseemme huomenna 4.4.2025.

Today, April 3, 2025, we submitted our own proposal for a comprehensive solution to the collective agreement of IT service sector. We are awaiting the employers' response to our proposal tomorrow, April 4, 2025.

Huomiselle (19.3.) sovittu neuvottelu joudutaan siirtämään. Uutta ajankohtaa ei vielä sovittu.

Tietotekniikan palvelualan työehtosopimusneuvottelut jatkuivat 17.3. Oleellista edistymistä ei tapahtunut. Neuvottelut jatkuvat 19.3.

The Collective Agreement negotiations in the IT service sector continued on March 17th. No significant progress was made. The negotiations will continue on March 19th.

Tietotekniikan palvelualan TES-neuvottelut jatkuivat 25. ja 26.2.2025. Keskustelu palkankorotusten määrästä ja rakenteesta on käynnissä, m***a neuvotteluosapuolten näkemykset näistä eivät vielä kohdanneet. Jatkamme neuvotteluita 05.03.2025.

The collective agreement negotiations for the IT service sector continued on February 25 and 26, 2025. Discussions on the amount and structure of salary increases are ongoing, but the negotiating parties have not yet reached a consensus. We will continue the negotiations on March 5, 2025.
