Friends, we have started a new page that will be used to announce and update everyone about all future Taikai worldwide that are put on by Shiraishi-sensei, the other assistant instructors, and myself. We would very much appreciate you all giving it a follow. Upcoming Taikai by Sensei include Seattle, Washington, USA in July and Potsdam, Germany in October.

Hello, dear friends. If you are not part of the Taikai mailing list, you may have missed the news that the video of the 2025 Shiraishi Taikai Finland is now available for purchase. Please visit the link below, where you can also get a copy of the video from the 2024 Taikai as well:

This year's Taikai video comes in at a total length of 2 hours and 28 minutes and captures all of the important moments from the event in their entirety. The price is 30 Euro for access to the download, but for those who would like to contribute something a little extra to help with the planning and funding of Sensei's next visit to Helsinki, there is also a special supporter option for 50 Euro. As always, we appreciate any and all contributions, all of which go towards continuing to support these fantastic opportunities to train together with Sensei.

Just like with last year's Taikai, the video for this year's turned out really wonderfully and is sure to be useful for all who were in attendance, as well as for those who could not make it.
