We’re excited to share that Engineers Without Borders Finland held our Annual General Meeting (AGM) last Sunday, 19th April 2026, where we reflected on the past year and elected our new board for 2026–2027.

We’re pleased to introduce the new board members:

Engineers Without Borders Finland is seeking dedicated Recruitment volunteers to manage onboarding of new volunteers and members, helping us to grow a community of empathetic individuals committed to humanitarian and sustainable engineering.
Who We Are:
Engineers Without Borders Finland is a non-governmental organization dedicated to promoting sustainable development through innovative engineering solutions. Our goal is to tackle global challenges and improve lives while contributing to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Our key areas include:

📚 Education and Capacity Building

Role Description:
Join us as an Recruitment volunteer to play a crucial role in our growing organization. Your tasks will involve:
📞 Creating open-calls for volunteering positions
👥 Conducting introduction sessions for new volunteers
🗣️ Sharing EWB Finland’s story and vision with new volunteers
🔄 Supporting the onboarding process for new volunteers and members
🎉 Assisting with internal engagement activities
⌚ Time Commitment: 2-4 hours per week

Impact and Benefits:
Directly contribute to impactful engineering projects
Be part of dynamic and fast-growing NGO with like-minded people
Possibility to change or upgrade volunteer activities within the organization
