Meet the Speaker | Anu Tiilikainen

We are delighted to welcome Anu Tiilikainen from Finland as part of the upcoming ICP Webinar Series: Inclusion in Practice – The Promise, the Tensions, and the Road Ahead.

Anu is the Principal of Kotkansaari School in Finland and a Board Member of the Finnish Association of Principals. With 20 years of experience as a school principal, and a background as a special education teacher, Anu brings deep practical insight into building inclusive school communities.

Leading a large comprehensive school where special education has long been embedded within the school culture, Anu is passionate about creating schools where every learner feels they belong.

Her experience and perspective will add meaningful value to this important global conversation on inclusion, leadership, and the realities of practice within schools today.

We are pleased to welcome Juha Kujanpää from Finland as part of the upcoming ICP Webinar Series: Inclusion in Practice – The Promise, the Tensions, and the Road Ahead.

Juha is the Principal of Sipoon Lukio (Sipoo Upper Secondary School) in Finland and brings valuable leadership experience from both classroom teaching and school leadership. Having worked as a Mathematics teacher since 2005, before moving into vice principal and principal roles, Juha offers practical insight into leadership within the Finnish education context.

His experience leading within one of the world’s most recognised education systems will add an important perspective to this global conversation on inclusion, leadership, learner support, and the realities of practice within schools today.
