Offline Moments: Draw a Stranger #12

New date: 26 August

We’ve moved this workshop from 18 August to 26 August.

A 2-hour offline workshop — no phones during the session.

You’ll sit face-to-face with one person and draw each other.

No drawing skills needed.
This is not an art class.

We’ll start with a few simple exercises, then move into drawing more freely. We’re there if you need support, but there’s no pressure and no “right” way to do it.

We use different materials and colours. Some drawings will be detailed, some abstract, some messy, some careful.

The focus is not on drawing — it’s on human connection.

A simple offline moment shared with someone you haven’t met before.

For two hours, you’ll step away from distractions and focus on shaping something simple using air-dry clay. There’s no pressure to make anything perfect — the idea is to explore, experiment, and enjoy the process.

Each participant receives 0.5 kg of clay, which is enough to create a solid, well-sized piece. You’ll also have access to tools and supporting materials if you want to build more structure or try different forms.

You can work quietly, follow your own pace, or take your time shaping something more intentional. Some people come with an idea, others just start and see where it goes.

No previous experience is needed.
This is not an art class.

What’s included:

• A calm, offline environment (no phones during the session)
