Näringslivsutskottet vid Svenska Handelshögskolans Studentkår

The Business Committee at the Student Union of Hanken School of Economics

Näringslivsutskottet (NU) sköter om studentkårens kontakter till näringslivet och fungerar som länken mellan studerande och företag. Vår roll är alltså att hjälpa företagen nå Hankeiter men framförallt att underlätta våra studerandes vägar till arbetslivet. NU ser även till att Hankens studerande kan utnyttja en mängd medlemsförmåner via SHS Benefits och vår verksamhet finansierar en del av studentkårens övriga evenemang.

Brinner du för försäljnings-, media- eller marknadsföringsarbete? Vill du aktivt hjälpa
studentkåren växa och öka sina intäkter? Då är Näringslivsutskottet (NU) rätt plats för dig! NU
söker drivna Hankeiter för att utveckla och upprätthålla SHS näringslivsrelationer.

Näringslivsutskottet är indelat i två olika team:

• Career-teamet sköter existerande företagsrelationer och jobbar aktivt med att bygga nya
företagssamarbeten. Teamet engagerar sig även med att arrangera evenemang som t.ex.
företagsexkursioner och Hanken Network Day.
• Marketing-teamet koordinerar all aktivitet på sociala medier och designar
marknadsföringsmaterial för studentkåren och företag. Teamet ser till att våra partners får
den synlighet de förtjänar!

Vi söker även en vice ordförande med ansvar för att stöda och utveckla utskottets verksamhet. Tidigare erfarenhet är inte ett krav, men försäljnings-, marknadsförings- och designerfarenhet
anses starkt meriterande! Det viktigaste är att du är motiverad och intresserad av att lära dig
nya saker tillsammans i ett glatt och drivet team!

We are now looking for 6 new interns to join our Helsinki Internship programme in 2026!

What is it about?
The programme offers a unique opportunity to learn about banking and gain a thorough understanding of SEB’s business in Finland and abroad.
In just over four months, the interns get to work in their home teams, get to know the bank’s different business areas, network with colleagues from all over the bank and make short rotations to different teams according to their own interests. In addition, the trainees have usually arranged a trip to Stockholm, to get to know our global organization.

Who is it for?
The programme is targeted for university students (approx. 2nd- 4th year) from various backgrounds who have the potential, passion, and desire to become future talents within SEB.

The interns will be matched in one of these teams within our Corporate and Investment Banking division:
• Financial Strategy
• Institutional Coverage
• Real Estate Coverage
• Project & Infrastructure Finance
• Equity Research

Oona 👋 PwC trainee 2022 🌱 Nyt tilintarkastuksen audit associate

“Olimme yliopistolta vierailulla PwC:llä ja ajattelin aluksi, että enhän minä voi tänne hakea. Ei minulta löydy tällaista osaamista. Tilaisuuden pitäjä, nykyinen kollegani, kuitenkin kehotti minua hakemaan, sillä taustani kuulosti kiinnostavalta. Minulle jäi siitä lämmin fiilis. Sain traineepaikan ja perehdytysjakson jälkeen fiilikseni oli jo hyvin luottavainen – tästä tulee hyvä!

💡 Vinkki traineelle: Kysy rohkeasti apua. Työ vaatii myös oma-aloitteisuutta ja ratkaisukykyä, m***a koskaan et jää yksin. Kannattaa muistaa, että koko työelämä on täynnä epävarmuutta. Välillä tulee aikoja, jolloin tiedät handlaavasi asiat hyvin ja välillä olet täysin pihalla. Se kuuluu asiaan.

🫶 Tule jutulle: Harrastan kutomista, ja villapaitoja syntyykin liukuhihnalla. Se on hyvä tapa irtaantua töistä. Meillä on myös PwC:llä oma neulontakerho! Olen Lapista kotoisin, joten käyn siellä harrastamassa retkeilyä ja kalastusta. Tykkään lähteä paikkoihin, joissa puhelin ei kuulu. Se pakottaa elämään hetkessä ja ilman aikataulua.
