🇫🇮 Uusi Belingual kerhokausi on alkamassa! Nyt voit ilmouttautua Belingual kielikerhoon perheenne kotikielellä. Tänä keväänä järjestetään kerhoja Helsingissä, Espoossa ja Tampereella, 8 eri kielellä.

Good morning! Unfortunately, today’s Belingual English Club in Tampere is cancelled due to viruses running amuck across the city. Both volunteer facilitators are out sick today.

We’re sad to miss our last meeting of the year. We hope you all stay healthy and warm through the holidays and New Years.

We will keep in touch about future meetings and other opportunities to get together. Have a good weekend and hopefully you can enjoy all the fresh snow ☃️

Tampere’s Belingual English Club made an autumnal tree of positivity and read the book “The Magic of Me: My Magical Words” on Saturday. The adults and older children helped the littles write affirmations (and things they are good at doing) onto leaves, then all 10 kids hung them on the branches.

The next Tampere club meeting at MLL will be on Tuesday, November 26th from 5-7pm. It will be a Thanksgiving meeting, so we will explore the concept of gratitude.

If anyone would like to help prep paper hands for the activity or special holiday food for the group, please let Sarah know. Thanks! We look forward to seeing you at the next club meeting! 🦃🦃😊

On Saturday, Belingual English Club of Tampere had their first meeting in the new location. The club is now located at in the city center! Convenient and easy to find near Laukontori, MLL offers a cozy playroom with toys, a projector, kitchen, snack area, stroller parking, and coat room.

Our volunteer facilitators, Sarah and Analyn, lead the group activities and can answer your questions through the WhatsApp chat. You should register to join so that you can be added to the chat and receive club updates.

We had so much fun exploring circles, reading about shapes and space, and playing shape hop-scotch. Hopefully you will come to the next meeting on Saturday, November 9th! See our schedule on the last slide for other dates 😊
