Our friends from NGO Sever — volunteer tactical medics who are not tired even in the 4th year of the war — are doing daily evacuations along the borders with Belarus and Russia.

Recently, with your help, we provided them with a training mannequin. They are truly grateful.

Now the need is more serious.

They urgently require an electronic warfare (EW) system for their evacuation vehicle.

FPV drones are a daily threat to the evacuation crew. Evac vehicles are priority targets for russians.

Without EW protection, every mission is a risk of not coming back.

With it — there is a chance. A chance to reach, evacuate the wounded and return alive.

The system costs around €6,000.

We are launching a new fundraising effort. In parallel, a campaign is ongoing in Ukraine.

Let’s close this together. We will report how much money we have collected in Ukraine and in Finland and we will buy the EW for the guys.

We’re thrilled to share that we’ve completed this incredibly meaningful campaign—one of the most valuable in Sisu Ukraine’s history! Together, we’ve brought joy to over 100 children of Ukrainian fallen defenders by giving them personal Christmas gifts.

🎄 Christmas Gifts for 100 Children of Fallen Defendets from Chernihiv

Today is 6 December.
In Ukraine, it is the Day of the Armed Forces🇺🇦.
In Finland, it is Independence Day🇫🇮.
Two different holidays, yet both speak about freedom and those who protect it.

Today, we congratulate the people of Finland on their Independence Day and we honor the Ukrainian soldiers on the Day of the Armed Forces. Two nations that have both had to fight for their survival against Russia.
So on this special day we would like to start our new campaign.
Chaplain Antoniy (Anton Panasenko) from the Оперативне командування "Північ" / Operational Command “North” is organizing Christmas gifts for the children of fallen heroes from the Chernihiv area. He asked Sisu Ukraine to support 100 children aged 12 to 16. Together, we want to make their Christmas warmer.

Our goal is simple:
100 children × 50 euros = 5 000 euros.
Each child will receive a 50€ gift certificate to Hollywood Mall - ТРЦ Голлівуд in Chernihiv and choose something that brings them joy. Hollywood Mall will involve the most relevant stores for teenagers and provide additional discounts, making every certificate more valuable.

If you message us your name after donating, the certificate will say: “Merry Christmas from …”

When the certificates are delivered, we will send you a personal warm thank-you picture with the child who received your gift.

❣️Campaign Completed: The Training Mannequin Has Been Delivered and Handed Over to Tactical Medicine NGO “Siver” 🇺🇦

The professional Laerdal Crash Kelly training mannequin, together with additional trauma modules and CAT tourniquets, has now been officially handed over to NGO Tactical Medicine “Siver.” This equipment will substantially boost their capacity to train both military personnel and civilians to deliver life-saving first aid in real emergencies.

This campaign succeeded because people chose to act. We are thankful to our partners Karavanen till Ukraina and Ініціатива Е+ for ensuring safe and efficient delivery to Ukraine.
We also thank our Finnish supply partner Pamark Group for providing significant discounts, and the team of Сімейна клініка "Тесла" for local support and coordination.

We want to highlight two exceptional long-term supporters of Sisu Ukraine: Magnus Gräsbeck and Christer Friis.
Their years of consistent support have enabled projects that directly strengthen Ukraine’s resilience. As a token of appreciation, Siver prepared special thank-you letters for them, along with Ukrainian flags signed by all Siver instructors.

The Siver team is already putting the new equipment to use, which means more trained individuals, more readiness, and ultimately more lives saved.

Mannequin for Life-Saving Training 🇺🇦

Friends, today we are starting a new fundraiser together with the NGO Tactical Medicine “Siver”.
Since 2022, their certified instructors have trained more than 10,000 people and conducted over 450 trainings — for the military, police, critical infrastructure workers, students, and other civilians.
Every day, Ukraine suffers from drone and missile attacks. People are injured, lives are at risk. Often, it’s not the ambulance that comes first — but these brave instructors. While russia uses the cruel tactic of striking the same place again to hit rescuers, the team from Siver still arrive, despite the danger, to save the wounded.
They teach civilians and the military how to stop bleeding with a tourniquet, provide first aid in critical moments, and give people the knowledge that can mean the difference between life and death.
⚠️ Until now, Siver has never had a professional training mannequin — they simply could not afford one.
All these years, they have been teaching with minimal equipment, relying on improvised tools and their dedication.
Our main goal is to finally equip them with a professional Laerdal Crash Kelly training mannequin (purchased from our trusted Finnish partners Pamark Group):

🔵 Mission Accomplished — and New Goals Ahead!

Dear Friends and Supporters,

We are excited to announce that we have successfully completed our campaign for the military hospital! 🎯
The final piece — a high-precision ENT microscope — has now been delivered!

Thanks to your incredible support, we managed to equip the hospital with three critically needed medical devices:
✅ A surgical physiodispenser for ENT surgeries
✅ A Holter monitor for cardiac diagnostics
✅ An ENT microscope for precise diagnostics and treatments

In total, we spent €11,500 on this equipment — every euro went directly toward providing our defenders with better medical care.

We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to our partners at Ініціатива Е+ and Сімейна клініка "Тесла" with its dedicated volunteer Yulia Marachonko for their organisational invaluable help and to the hospital’s director, Viktor Pysanko, for his proactive efforts in modernising the hospital for better the treatment of our heroes. 💙💛

This campaign is now officially closed — and it’s time to move forward with a new important mission!

🔴 New Campaign Launch: Support First Aid Training Equipment for the Regional Center for National Resistance

We are now focusing on helping equip the newly established Regional Center for National Resistance Training (Northern Ukraine), which will prepare civilians and military-reserve populations living near the Russian and Belarusian borders for national defense.

Our next goal:

🛡️ Purchase special training mannequins for practicing emergency medical manikins aid and some other equipment

Dear Friends and Supporters,

We have some great news to share! As promised, we have successfully delivered a physiodispenser to the military hospital, a specialized medical device that will be used in ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) surgeries. This important piece of equipment will significantly improve the quality of care for our soldiers and patients. We are thankful to our partners from Ініціатива Е+ for their support in this important supply.

Next in line is the ENT microscope, which we plan to deliver later this month. This device will allow the doctors to perform more ENT surgeries.

In addition, we’re excited to inform you that we’ve been invited to support the launch of the Regional Center for National Resistance Training, which will begin preparing the population for national defense starting in 2026. This center will be especially important for those living near the Russian and Belarusian borders, where the threat of attack is constant. The center will offer essential courses such as tactical medicine, weapon handling, engineering, and navigation, all taught by experienced combat veterans. We will provide more details about this project and ways we can support it together in upcoming posts.
