We are so grateful to Laura Smith, Rahul Pardasani and Ruchi Sahita for the this educational webinar on the topic of DEI: Culture Fit vs. Culture Add! ✨
This webinar was a very insightful and engaging discussion that will inspire HR professionals to incorporate a more culturally inclusive approach in their hiring process! 💡

Do you hire a culture fit or a value fit who can contribute to your company culture?
Wondering what the difference is? 🤔
On December 8th, we will hold a webinar to help you take concrete steps towards a more diverse and inclusive hiring process. 📅
With our speakers: Laura Smith, Rahul Pardasani 🦉and Ruchi Sahita.

The premise behind Culture Fit is that the best businesses consist of individuals with the same values, beliefs, and mentality.
A ton of research debunks this archaic (and slightly unrealistic- we're all different, aren't we? 🤗 ) belief.

Do you look for applicants who will add to the culture in significant ways and maybe question existing approaches, or do you hire people who will fit into one mold? 😬

Your hiring process should uncover fresh viewpoints and experiences that applicants might contribute.

Hiring a Cultural Add will increase the likelihood that the hire will uphold the company's ethics and values and bring in a variety of viewpoints and specialized knowledge that will benefit the team and the organization's culture as a whole. 😎
A fresh breeze of ideas and opportunities that you might be missing out on while searching for that cookie-cutter candidate. 🍪
