ASK Gulis intagning 2026

Nu är det dags att inviga er studietid på Arcada! Kom med på ett av höstens roligaste evenemang och lär känna dina studiekompisar!

Klädsel: Gul huvudbonad. Evenemanget är utomhus så klä dig enligt vädret!

🐥Vad är en gulisintagning?
Gulisintagningen är ett evenemang som är till för gulisarna (nya studerande). Syftet är att bekanta sig med sina medstuderande från alla de olika programmen. Under evenemanget delas gulisarna i mindre grupper och de får tillbringa kvällen med att springa runt och utföra olika uppgifter. Att uppleva en gulisintagning är någonting man absolut inte vill missa!

😎 Gamyllag
Gamyllag (andra årets eller äldre studerande) anmäler sig och betalar på ASKs office från onsdagen 2.9 kl. 12:00-16:00. OBS! Begränsat antal gamyllagplatser! Max 8 personer per gamyllag.

Now is the time to initiate your studies at Arcada! Come join one of the most exciting events of the fall and get to know your study buddies!

Dresscode: Yellow headpiece. The event is outside so dress according to the weather!

🐥 What is a Gulis initiation?
The Gulis, in short, is an event that is for all the first year students. The point of the event is to familiarize freshies with each other from all the different programs. During the event the freshies will be divided into smaller groups and they will spend the evening running around executing various tasks. The Gulis is absolutely something you want to be a part of!

😎 Non fresher teams
Non fresher teams (students on the second year and older) sign-up and pay at ASK’s office from Wednesday 2.9 at 12:00-16:00. Please note that there are limited team spots for non fresher teams. Max 8 people per team.

🇸🇪 SAMOK och FSF vill höra studerandes åsikter om SHVS - svara på undersökningen!

Finlands studerandekårer förbund SAMOK och Finlands studentkårer förbund (FSF) har författat en SHVS undersökning till högskolestuderande. Undersökningen kartlägger studerandenas åsikter om Studenternas hälsovårdsstiftelses (SHVS) tjänster, deras utvecklingsbehov och hälsovårdsavgiften för högskolestuderande. Uppgifterna samlas in som stöd för ett bredare påverkansarbete och för att få en aktuell lägesbild.

Undersökningen är öppen 18.5–5.6 och du kan besvara den via länken i vår profil 🔗

🇬🇧 SAMOK and SYL want to hear students’ views of FSHS - answer the questionnaire!

The Union of Students in Finnish Universities of Applied Sciences (SAMOK) and the National Union of University Students in Finland (SYL) have launched an FSHS survey for higher education students. The survey gathers students' views on the services of the Finnish Student Health Service (FSHS), their development needs, and the healthcare fee for higher education students. The data is collected to support broader advocacy work and to provide an up-to-date overview of the situation.

The survey is open from 18 May to 5 June, and you can access it through the link in our bio! 🔗

Stadgegruppen bjuder in alla intresserade att komma och läsa igenom samt kommenterar på kårens stadgar och reglemente som en del av uppdateringen av dessa. 🤩

Välkommen till Cor-huset onsdagen 13.5.2026 kl. 13:00-15:00 för att diskutera, kommentera och ställa frågor över kårens stadgar och reglemente. Stadgar och reglemente kommer att finnas tillgängliga på plats i både original version samt en version med ändringsförslag från stadgegruppen. 📑

The Statute Working Group invites all interested parties to come and read through and comment on the student union's statutes and regulations as part of the updating process. 🤩

Welcome to the Cor-house on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 13:00-15:00 PM to discuss, comment and ask questions about the student union's statutes and regulations. The statutes and regulations will be available in Swedish on site in both the original version and a version with proposed amendments from the statute group. 📑

Välkomna och fira Första Maj med ASK! 🎉 [In English below]

Vi ordnar traditionsenligt den bästa 1 maj brunchen Hesperiaparken. Kom och avnjuta brunchen i gott sällskap, bra väder och den fina stämningen i parken.☀️

Biljetten innehåller en liten picknick brunch. Brunchen kommer att innehålla traditionell vappen mat som potatissallad, korv, munkar samt lite annan brunchmat som fylld semla, frukt och en dricka (Obs! Ändringar kan förekomma). Brunch picknick kostar 9 € för medlemmar och 12 € för icke medlemmar.🧺

Du kan hämta din förbeställda brunch från Kajsaniemi parken mellan 9:00-11:00 den första maj. De 15 första som hämtar sin brunch får ett extra första maj brunch halarmärke.

Welcome and celebrate First of May with ASK!🎉

We traditionally arrange the best First of May brunch in Hesperia Park. Come and enjoy the brunch in good company, good weather and the nice atmosphere in the park. ☀️

The ticket includes a small picnic brunch. The brunch will include traditional Finnish wappu food such as potato salad, sausages, donuts as well as some other brunch food such as a sandwich, fruit and a drink (Note! Changes may occur). Brunch picnic costs 9 € for members and 12 € for non-members.🧺

You can pick up your pre-ordered brunch from Kaisaniemi Park between 9:00-11:00 on May 1st. The first 15 people to pick up their brunch will receive a First of May Brunch patch.

En vecka full med fartfyllda evenemang! 🥳
Delta på 6 av 7 evenmang så få ett vappeveckan halarmärke, för att hålla koll på hur många evenemang man har deltagit i, så får man ett så kallat Vappenpass som man samlar stämplar i från varje evenemang. Du kan plocka upp ditt pass under första (dag 1) eller andra evenemanget (dag 2). 🤩

Observera att för att kunna delta på vissa evenemang behöver du köpa en biljett 🎟️

A week full of action-packed events! 🥳
Participate in 6 out of 7 events and get a vappu week patch, to keep track of how many events you have participated in, you get a so-called Vappu Pass in which you collect stamps from each event. You can pick up your pass during the first (day 1) or second event (day 2). 🤩

Time to kick off Vappen week the best way possible aka grill & chill! Put on your overalls and bring your own food for the grill and a refreshing drink!

The event involves participants competing in different competitions until there is only one winner.

Put on your overalls and gather your team (3-5 people). Solve tricky clues and explore Arabia in search of the lost treasure! No team, no problem, just show up and we'll arrange a team on site!

Are you chronically online? Do you love to watch reality tv? Now you can put your knowledge to good use! Trivia and questions about pop culture; movies, music, historical moments in pop culture and more.

29.4 🍽️
HanSe's legendary and traditional Spyttsitz will take place as usual on April 29. The sitz consists of the starter, main course and dessert being pyttipanna.

30.4 🎈
Put on your overalls, grab your picnic blanket, bring your friends, and join the annual Blötpicknick! The event is free so come hang out, play kubb, socialize, and have an unforgettable Vappu!
