Association for Cultural Relations Finland, Espoo (2026)

The Association for Cultural Relations focuses on the promotion of culture within and beyond the borders of Finland. The main focus of the association is to foster intercultural dialogue, cooperation between intracultural entities, aiming to promote recognition and protection of cultural diversity, preserving tangible and intangible heritage, promotion of cultural values through all of its forms a

nd endorsement of Human Rights. The main objectives of the association is to participate in international projects, trainings and events of various topics in order to take benefits from valuable formal and non-formal education opportunities available for young people in Finland and abroad. The interdisciplinary leadership of the organisation combines experiences of civic involvement for democracy with intercultural expertise based on work and volunteering background and cooperation with local NGOs and educational institutions, governmental bodies, and diverse international partners.

📌We are looking for 3 participants for the "Create the Moment" training course in Hungary

“Create the Moment” is a nine-day training program that focuses on providing youth workers with highly impactful tools they need to increase the quality of their work, creativity, resilience, active engagement, personal and professional development, and mental well-being using techniques based on the core values of art, improvisation, and Flow theory.

Participants should be:
- Be youth workers and educators; youth leaders and volunteers; project coordinators and organisers; teachers and trainers in non-formal education; community and social workers; Erasmus+ coordinators and facilitators; young people with leadership potential
-A good level of English is required to follow the course and to contribute to it
-Wish and ability to participate fully in the training course

Participation, accommodation, and food are free of charge, and all travel costs will be reimbursed.

When? 6-15 September 2025
Where? Fonyod, Hungary 🇭🇺
Who can apply? Residents of Finland +18 years old
