UPM11 Underground electronic music organization UPM11 is a fusion of two party-organizer / music producer groups: Ural Police & Matala.

It was founded in 2011 but they go back as friends for a half a decade. Roughly put, the purpose of this group is to organize venues with a feeling of techno, dubstep and drum & bass. Ural Police has built their own soundsystem during their independent years but nowadays with boost from Matala, UPM11 keeps on putting effort to improve their soundsystem even more. The People of UPM11 all share the same enthusiasm for a wide spectrum of electronic music. There is a handful of producers / DJ's in the group and also a few close friends to keep the engine running...
