📢 Join the WEI Programme
ANDSEA Global ry is looking for passionate individuals to join our Work & Employment for Integration (WEI) programme — a free AI and digital skills training initiative for international students and immigrant job seekers in Espoo, in collaboration with Metropolia UAS.

Role 1: Trainer — Digital Skills & AI
📅 7 sessions — 3 hours each (monthly)
We are looking for a trainer to deliver sessions on:
• Digital literacy and Finnish digital services
• AI tools — ChatGPT, Copilot and Notion AI (fundamentals to advanced)
• AI for everyday life and job searching
• 7 sessions – each 3 hours (monthly)
What we offer:
• Flexibility to design your sessions
• Opportunity to make a real impact
• A modest honorarium
• A collaborative and supportive environment
What we are looking for:
• Strong expertise in AI and digital tools
• Experience working with multicultural groups
• Passion for helping international students and immigrants

Role 2: Mentors (2 positions)
📅 2 sessions — 3 hours each
We are looking for two mentors to support participants with:
• Career guidance and CV feedback
• Networking and job opportunities
• Individual employment action plans
• 2 sessions each 3 hours
What we offer:

• Experience in career guidance, HR, recruitment or coaching
