History in the making at Mohammed Hanfre Secondary School! 🇪🇹✨

What started with our internal IT team—led by Principal Habib and IT Head Tamrat—rehabilitating labs and training 90+ staff, has now turned into a national success story.

Because of our commitment to digital excellence, we are proud to announce:

🏆 Regional Competition Winners (Afar high schools).
☀️ New Solar-Powered ICT Lab in partnership with the Ministry of Innovation and Technology.
💻 40 New Computers added to our 4 functional labs.
🏫 Official Designation as a National Exam Center.

Our 2026 mission is clear: Ensuring all 550 of our Grade 12 students are ready for their June online national exams. We aren’t just teaching tech; we are opening the doors to university and beyond.🚀📱

In a strategic collaboration with the Ministry of Innovation and Technology, the PIE Project is currently overseeing the installation of a state-of-the-art computer center at Mohammed Hanfre Secondary School. 💻🎓👏🙌

To ensure this digital education program remains accessible 24/7, the project includes the construction of a dedicated solar power station, guaranteeing a free and uninterrupted power supply that keeps our students connected and learning without compromise.

The country follows its own 13-month calendar, and the date marks the end of the rainy season and the blossoming of nature, symbolizing renewal. 🌻✨
