Training Successfully Completed!

We are delighted to announce the successful completion of the Leadership in Crisis: Capacity Building and Leadership Development Training for Civil Society Organizations in Tigray.

This training brought together 20 CSO representatives, carefully selected through the leadership of ACSOT, ensuring diverse voices and strong commitment from across the sector.

Over two days, participants engaged in interactive sessions covering:
🔹 Leadership in crisis contexts
🔹 Leadership theories and styles
🔹 Power, influence, and effective leadership behaviors
🔹 Critical leadership competencies and skills
🔹 Teamwork and collaboration for resilience

Through discussions, exercises, and case studies, participants captured practical tools and insights on how leadership can drive impact in times of crisis.
