CAAP has conducted a sensitization workshop for the Youth Initiative for Employment, Livelihood & Dignity (YIELD) Program in Harawo Woreda, Fafen Zone, Somali Region. The workshop brought together woreda officials, community leaders, youth representatives, and key stakeholders to introduce the program’s objectives, implementation approach, and expected outcomes.

The YIELD Program, supported by Master Card Foundation in partnership with Ururka Horumarinta Soomaalida, aims to create dignified and fulfilling employment opportunities for 1,050 unemployed and financially disadvantaged youth, with a strong emphasis on young women (80%) and vulnerable groups, through integrated agriculture, market-driven skills development, and livestock value-addition enterprises.
