🌟 ለድርጅታችን ትልቅ እርምጃ! 🌟
በቅርቡ የመጀመሪያውን ይፋዊ የቦርድ ስብሰባችንን መካሄዳችንን ስንገልጽ በጣም ደስተኞች ነን—ይህ በጉዞአችን ውስጥ ትልቅ ደረጃ ነው! ይህ ስብሰባ ለቦርድ አባላት ሁለተኛው የአካል ተገናኝቶ መሰባሰብ ስለነበር አስደሳችና የማይረሳ አጋጣሚ ነበር።
የስብሰባው ዋና ዋና ነጥቦች:
- መደበኛ የተለመዱ የቪድዮ ስብሰባዎችና መደበኛ ያልሆኑ መገናኘቶችን ተከትሎ ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ በሙሉ ቦርድ አካል ተገናኝተን፣ የቡድናችንን ትስስር ለማጠንከር።
- የሥራችንን ተጨባጭ ተፅእኖ በቀጥታ ለመመልከት ትምህርት ቤት መጎብኘት።
- የድርጅታችንን ታሪክና ራዕይ በማስተዋወቅ ስራ አኪራያጅ ወ/ሮ ሰላምነሽ የሆነ መነሳሳት ያለው ንግግር።
- በዋና ዋና ጉዳዮችና የወደፊት እቅዶች ላይ ጥልቅ ውይይት።
- የቦርድ አባላትን ሚናዎች መመደብ መሪነትንና ግልፅነትን ለማሳደግ።
- የቦርድ ፕሬዝዳንታችንና የቢዝነስ አማካሪ ዶ/ር ዘናረ የመሩት የስትራቴጂክ እቅድ ሥልጠናና ወርክሾፕ፣ የድርጅታችንን ስትራቴጂክ እቅድ ለማሻሻል የቢዝነስ ልምዳቸውን በመጠቀም—ሌሎች ሠራተኞችም በጋራ ተሳትፈዋል።
ይህ ስብሰባ ራዕያችንን ለማስተካከልና ለወደፊት ሥራችን ጠንካራ መሠረት ለመጣል ወሳኝ እርምጃ ነበር። ወ/ሮ ሰላምነሽ ስለ መነሻችንና ግቦቻችን መነሳሳት ሞላበት ለተናገሩት፣ ዶ/ር ዘናረ ስትራቴጂያችንን ለመጠንከር ላበረከቱት ተግባራዊ መሪነት፣ እንዲሁም ለእያንዳንዱ የቦርድ አባልና ሠራተኛ ተሳትፎና ቁርጠኝነት ከልብ እናመሰግናለን። በታደሰ ዓላማ እና በጋራ መንፈስ፣ በማህበረሰባችን ውስጥ የበለጠ ተፅእኖ ለመፍጠር ዝግጁ ነን!

We’re thrilled to announce our first official board meeting recently took place—a key moment in our journey! It was only the second in-person gathering for the second board of our organization, making it an exciting and unforgettable milestone.
- Gathering in person as a full board for the first time, following formal virtual meetings and informal meetups, to deepen our team’s connection.
- Visiting a school to see the real impact of our work firsthand.
- An inspiring presentation on our NGO’s history and vision, shared by our CEO, Mrs. Selamnesh.
- A deep dive into key issues and our future plans.
- Assigning clear roles to board members to boost leadership and clarity.
- A strategic planning training and workshop led by Dr. Zenare, our Board President and Business Consultant, who shared his business expertise to refine our organization’s strategic plan—joined by other staff for a collaborative session.
This meeting was a vital step in aligning our vision and laying a strong foundation for the future. We’re deeply thankful to Mrs. Selamnesh for her inspiring presentation on our roots and goals, Dr. Zenare for his expert guidance in sharpening our strategy, and every board member and staff participant for their energy and dedication. With a renewed sense of purpose, we’re ready to make an even bigger difference in our community!
