South West Rights and Development Initiatives (SWRDI) Conducts Stakeholder Meeting on Food Security

South West Rights and Development Initiatives (SWRDI) recently conducted a stakeholder meeting on food security as part of the ongoing development and strengthening of a project proposal we are working on in collaboration with our partner, Associazione Luciano Lama.

At SWRDI, we believe that meaningful projects should be designed with communities, not simply for them. Engaging stakeholders from the early stages helps us listen to different perspectives, better understand local priorities, and ensure that proposed interventions are relevant, practical, and responsive to the realities of the communities we serve.

We sincerely appreciate the stakeholders who shared their experiences, perspectives, and recommendations during the discussion. Their contributions will help us further strengthen the project proposal and shape an approach that reflects local priorities.

We are also grateful to Associazione Luciano Lama for the continued partnership and collaboration. We believe that working together with communities and partners is an important step toward developing more relevant, locally owned, and sustainable solutions to food security challenges.

ሳውዝ ዌስት ራይትስ ኤንድ ደቨሎፕመንት ኢኒሼቲቭ (SWRDI)፣ ሰኔ 14 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም በተካሄደው የ7ኛው ጠቅላላ ምርጫ ውጤት ማሳወቂያ እና የምስጋና መርሃ-ግብር ላይ በክብር ተጋብዞ ተሳትፏል።

ድርጅታችን SWRDI፣ ምርጫው ፍትሃዊ፣ ግልፅ እና ህዝባችን ሙሉ ግንዛቤ ኖሮት በእውቀት ላይ የተመሰረተ ምርጫ እንዲያደርግ በሲቪክና መራጮች ትምህርት እንዲሁም በምርጫ ታዛቢነት ዘርፍ በቁርጠኝነት ሲሰራ መቆየቱ ይታወቃል። የኢፌድሪ ብሔራዊ ምርጫ ቦርድ ይህንን ሀገራዊና ታሪካዊ ስራችንን እውቅና በመስጠት፣ አጠቃላይ የምርጫውን ውጤት ይፋ ባደረገበት በዚሁ ታላቅ እለት ድርጅታችንን በክብር በመጥራት ላበረከተው አስተዋጽኦ ያመሰገነ በመሆኑ የተሰማን ደስታ እጅግ የላቀ ነው።

በዚህ ታላቅ መርሃ-ግብር ላይ የድርጅታችን የፕሮግራም ሥራ አስኪያጅ (Program Manager) አቶ Samson Demeke ድርጅታችንን ወክለው ተገኝተዋል።

መንግስት የሲቪክ ማህበራትን በአጠቃላይ በሀገራዊ እና ዘላቂ የልማት ጉዳዮች ላይ በስፋት በማሳተፍ፣ በተለያዩ ዘርፎች የሀገርን እድገት፣ ፍትህንና ብልፅግናን የሚያረጋግጥበት ምህዳር ይበልጥ እንዲሰፋ ጥሪያችንን እናቀርባለን።

ለዚህ ስኬት አብራችሁን ለደከማችሁ አስተባባሪዎች፣ አሰልጣኞች፣ ታዛቢዎች እና ለመላው የድርጅታችን አጋሮች በሙሉ እንኳን ደስ አላችሁ!

በተወዳጁ ወንድማችን እና የድርጅታችን የቅርብ አጋር በነበሩት በአቶ ሀብታሙ ዓለሙ ድንገተኛ ህልፈት የተሰማን ሐዘን ጥልቅና መራራ ነው::

አቶ ሀብታሙ ባጋጠማቸው ድንገተኛ የጤና ችግር በጅማ ሆስፒታል በሕክምና ሲረዱ ቆይተው ሕይወታቸው ማለፉን ስንሰማ መላው የድርጅታችን አመራሮችና ሠራተኞች በትልቅ ሐዘን ውስጥ ወድቀናል::

ድርጅታችን ሳውዝ ዌስት ራይትስ ኤንድ ደቨሎፕመንት ኢኒሼቲቭ (SWRDI) ከአቶ ሀብታሙ ጋር በርካታ ፕሮጀክቶችን በጋራ አከናውኗል:: በአጋርነት በሠራንባቸው በእነዚህ ጊዜያት ሁሉ ለአካባቢያችን ሰላምና ዕድገት ያላቸውን ተቆርቋሪነት፣ መልካም አሳቢነትና ለአካባቢ ልማት የነበራቸውን ትልቅ ራዕይ በተግባር ያሳዩን እውነተኛ የሕዝብ ልጅ ነበሩ:: የእሳቸው ማረፍ ለአካባቢያችንም ሆነ ለድርጅታችን ትልቅ ክፍተት የሚፈጥር ነው::

SWRDI በዚህ ከባድ ወቅት ለውድ ቤተሰቦቻቸው፣ ለወዳጅ ዘመዶቻቸው እንዲሁም ለሥራ ባልደረቦቻቸው በሙሉ ከልብ የመነጨ መጽናናትን ይመኛል::

🗳️ የ 2018 ሀገራዊ ምርጫ፡ የምርጫ ዕለት ሂደቶችና ቅደም-ተከተሎች! 🗳️

የምርጫ ካርድዎን ወስደው ቀኑን እየጠበቁ ነው? እጅግ በጣም ጥሩ! በምርጫው ዕለት ወደ ምርጫ ጣቢያ ሲሄዱ ሊያከናውኗቸው የሚገቡ ዋና ዋና ቅደም-ተከተሎችን እና ሂደቶችን ቀለል ባለ መንገድ እነሆ፦

📌 1. ወደ ምርጫ ጣቢያ ሲሄዱ ምን መያዝ አለብዎት?
ወደ ተመዘገቡበት ምርጫ ጣቢያ ከመነሳትዎ በፊት እነዚህን ሰነዶች መያዝዎን ያረጋግጡ፦

የመራጭነት ካርድ፦ ድምፅ ለመስጠት ዋነኛው እና የግዴታ ሰነድ ነው።
ህጋዊ መታወቂያ፦ ማንነትዎን በበለጠ ለማረጋገጥ የታደሰ የነዋሪነት መታወቂያ ወይም ፓስፖርት መያዝ ይመረጣል።

📌 2. በምርጫ ጣቢያ ውስጥ የሚከናወኑ 4ቱ ወሳኝ ደረጃዎች

የምርጫ አስፈጻሚዎች ሂደቱን ፍፁም ገለልተኛ፣ ሚስጥራዊ እና ህጋዊ በሆነ መንገድ ያስፈጽማሉ። መራጮች ጣቢያው ውስጥ ሲደርሱ የሚከተሉትን ደረጃዎች ያልፋሉ፦

ደረጃ 1️⃣፡ ወደ ምርጫ ጣቢያው እንደገቡ መጀመሪያ የመራጭነት ካርድዎን እና መታወቂያዎን ያሳያሉ። ስምዎ በመዝገቡ ላይ መኖሩ ሲረጋገጥ፣ በድጋሚ ድምፅ እንዳይሰጥ ምልክት ለማድረግ የግራ እጅዎትን ጣት ቀለም (Ink) ይነከራል።
ደረጃ 2️⃣፡ ማንነትዎ ተረጋግጦ ቀለሙ ከተቀባ በኋላ፣ የምርጫ አስፈጻሚው በይፋ ማህተም ያረፈበትን የድምፅ መስጫ ወረቀት (የዕጩዎች ስም፣ ምልክትና ፎቶግራፍ ያለበትን) ያቀብልዎታል።
ደረጃ 3️⃣፡ የተረከቡትን ወረቀት በመያዝ ብቻዎን ወደ ተዘጋጀው ሚስጥራዊ የድምፅ መስጫ ክፍል ያመራሉ። እዚያም የመረጡት ዕጩ ወይም ፓርቲ ትይዩ በተዘጋጀው ባዶ ቦታ ላይ የጣት አሻራዎን በማሳረፍ ወይም የ "X" ምልክት በማድረግ ምርጫዎን በነፃነት ያከናውናሉ።
ደረጃ 4️⃣፡ ምርጫዎን በሚስጥር ካከናወኑ በኋላ ወረቀቱን በአግባቡ አጥፈው፣ በሁሉም ሰው ፊት በሚታየውና ግልፅ በሆነው የድምፅ መስጫ ሳጥን ውስጥ ያስገባሉ። ይህንን እንደጨረሱ ከምርጫ ጣቢያው በሰላም ይወጣሉ።

💡 መልዕክታችን፦
ምርጫው ፍፁም ዲሞክራሲያዊ፣ ሰላማዊና ታማኝ እንዲሆን እያንዳንዱ መራጭ የምርጫ አስፈጻሚዎችን መመሪያዎች ማክበርና የዕለቱን የስነ-ምግባር ደንቦች የመጠበቅ ኃላፊነት አለበት።

በቦንጋ ከተማ ለአካል ጉዳተኞች የተሰጠው የግንዛቤ ማስጨበጫ መርሃ ግብር በስኬት ተጠናቀቀ

South West Rights and Development Initiatives (SWRDI)፣ ከብሔራዊ ምርጫ ቦርድ (NEBE) ጋር በመተባበርና በተባበሩት መንግስታት የልማት ፕሮግራም (UNDP) ድጋፍ፣ በቦንጋ ከተማ ለሚገኙ የአካል ጉዳተኛ ወገኖቻችን በ7ኛው አገራዊ ምርጫ ላይ ንቁ ተሳትፎ እንዲያደርጉ የሚያስችል አቅም ግንባታ ስልጠና ሰጥቷል።
በዚህ መርሃ ግብር ላይ የተሳተፉ ወገኖቻችን የምርጫ መብታቸውን በአግባቡ ለመጠቀም ከፍተኛ ተነሳሽነት አሳይተዋል። በተለይም የምርጫ ካርድ እስካሁን ያልወሰዱ አካል ጉዳተኞች፣ በቀሩት ጥቂት ቀናት ውስጥ በአቅራቢያቸው በሚገኙ ጣቢያዎች በመገኘት ካርዳቸውን እንዲወስዱ ጥሪ የቀረበ ሲሆን፣ ስልጠናውን የወሰዱ ተሳታፊዎች በበኩላቸው መረጃውን ላልደረሳቸው ወገኖቻችን ለማድረስ ቃል ገብተዋል። ይህንን መርሃ ግብር በቦታው ተገኝቶ የታዘበው የካፋ ቴሌቪዥን (Kaffa TV) በአማርኛና በካፊኖንኛ ቋንቋ የዘገበውን ዝርዝር መረጃ ከታች ባለው ሊንክ ማየት ይችላሉ። ሙሉ ዘገባውን ለማየት ይጫኑ፦ https://youtu.be/nJQ9GjsOs5A?si=inILnS4AENT0pt2- https://youtu.be/qaDpxahtBQk?si=nkBbRCZpIPBu35Nh
