The YMCA Ethiopia is focused on empowering and encouraging the youth of Ethiopia. How do we work?

The YMCA Ethionpia has eleven different branches which are set all over the country. By offering different programs, the branches create a community among the YMCA members and give them action, fun and joy. The offers are given in the fields:
• Reproductive health
• Sports and physical fitness
• Vocational basic skills
• Theater, musics, dance and art
• Character building and ethics
• Support for

orphans and vulnerable children
• Economic empowerment

All oft the actions are based on christian values, the principle oft he YMCA. Through the programs, the youth get in touch with the love of Jesus Christ and many important values are conveyed to them. The work oft he YMCA Ethiopia is very important for encouraging and empowering the youth of Ethiopia and for creating a strong future generation.
