የትግላችን አጋር የሆኑት የማቲዎስ ወንዱ ፋውንዴሽን መስራችና ዋና ሥራ አስፈፃሚ የሆኑት አቶ ወንዱ በቀለ ባደረባቸው ህመም ምክንያት በህክምና ሲረዱ ቆይተው ዛሬ መስከረም 24 ቀን 2019 ዓ.ም ረፋድ ከዚህ ዓለም ተለይተዋል። በእሳቸው ህልፈት ምክንያት የተሰማንን ጥልቅ ሃዘን እየገለፅን ፥ ለቤተሰቦቻቸውና ለፋውኔዴሽኑ የስራባልደረቦች መፅናናትን እንመኛለን።

Partnership Between / MCDO and the Ministry of Women and Social Affairs (MoWSA)!

​ISSUP Ethiopia National Chapter and MCDO held a productive initial discussion with Mr. Abdulatif, Youth Personality Development CEO at the Ministry of Women and Social Affairs (MoWSA), and youth affairs expert Mr. Moges.

​Building on their past collaboration in youth character building and substance use prevention, both institutions discussed further strengthening their partnership to through Ethiopia. The colleagues being active members of ISSUP demonstrates their strong commitment to the sector, and it was noted that discussions will continue at higher leadership levels moving forward.

International Recovery Day 2026: Celebrating Recovery 🎉

Join ISSUP Global 🌐 and the Recovered Users Network (RUN) on 30 September 2026 for a special webinar dedicated to celebrating recovery and amplifying recovery voices.

Through inspiring personal testimonies, speakers from diverse backgrounds will share what recovery means to them, the challenges they have overcome, and the people, communities, and opportunities that supported their journeys. Their stories will highlight the many pathways to recovery and the vital role of hope, connection, purpose, belonging, and peer support.

This event will also explore how lived experience can strengthen recovery-oriented services, research, programmes, and policy, while reinforcing a simple but powerful message: Recovery is possible.
