Empowering parents, transforming families! 🛠️✨
At Family Mercy House, we believe in creating sustainable change! We recently brought together the parents of our sponsored children for a hands-on workshop, teaching them how to craft handmade bags and scarves, along with key skills to start and manage their own small home businesses.
We are so proud of their hard work and even better, they are already receiving numerous orders and crafting beautiful, custom designs! 💪🎨

Summer should be a time of joy, but for many families, it’s a struggle to put food on the table.
We are continuing our home visits to our sponsored families. Seeing the children's faces light up as we arrive means the world to us!
Summer break is tough. With kids home all day, parents struggle to afford basic meals. This leads to heavy stress, tears, and worry.
Delivering flour and cooking oil lifts a huge burden off their shoulders. The relief on the parents' faces and the pure excitement from the kids says it all!

Grateful for a meaningful day spent with our sponsor children at Family Mercy House. From the energetic little ones to our senior students, it was a joy to connect! We held a workshop on essential time management skills to help set them up for success, and we lifted up our Grade 12 students in prayer as they prepare for their upcoming matric exams.
