Key Responsibilities:
👉Participate actively in preparing annual work plans, operational budgets, and financial projections for the department.
👉Lead, coordinate, and supervise all production processes for traditional foods (Injera), Baltina products and spices to maximize revenue generation.
👉Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality, hygiene, and safety across all food production and processing sectors.
👉Forecast and identify raw material requirements by type, quantity, and quality; ensure timely purchase requisitions.
👉Oversee proper stock entry, storage, and issuance procedures for raw materials and finished goods.
👉Oversee inventory management for all production equipment and machinery; establish preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate swift repairs during breakdowns to minimize downtime.
👉Track market distribution schedules and ensure product sales translate directly into timely revenue generation.
👉Conduct market assessments and present evidence-based recommendations for sales price adjustments and product portfolio expansion.
👉Oversee marketing, sales, cafeteria, packaging, and distribution teams to achieve sales targets.
👉Manage customer orders—including urgent or off-hour requests (holidays/weekends)
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, Food Processing, or related field.
• Experience:
👉Bachelor's Degree + 4 years of relevant experience OR
👉Master's Degree + 2 years of relevant experience
