Internship Purpose
To provide you with meaningful opportunities to assist under the Administration/Operation Department across our branches, enhancing your skills and knowledge along the way.
Duration: 6 months, starting ASAP
Possible extension based on performance & budget availability
Work Schedule: 14 days per month
Compensation: 7,000.00 ETB per month
Your Responsibilities (Admin & HR/Operations Focus)
* Support logistics, procurement, and inventory management
* Help with asset management and tracking organizational resources
* Organize and execute workshops & training sessions
* Assist in HR processes: recruitment & onboarding of staff members
* Document operational processes and procedures
* Engage actively with YMCA branches and their implementation
* Participate in departmental activities related to operations/administration
* Complete assigned tasks and provide weekly/monthly progress reports
Qualifications
* Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Development Studies, Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Language Requirements:
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Good command of Amharic (written and spoken)
Other Key Skills:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Good organizational and time management abilities
