Last time, we stepped outside our center and gathered at UNECA/UNCC for a special Wholeness experience. This time, we’re taking it to a beautiful new space — the Indian Embassy in Addis Ababa. 🇮🇳🌿

Letting go of past hurts and moving forward with a clean slate.

👉 Activity: Take a moment to reflect on a small frustration or a minor disagreement from the past year. You can either consciously let go of the feeling by writing it down and symbolically tearing up the paper, or you can send a text to someone who made you mad simply saying "I'm sorry" to clear the air.
