Call for Membership Registration

The Ethiopian Public Health Association (EPHA) is a not-for-profit, voluntary, and multidisciplinary association of professionals from diverse sectors.
Established in 1989, EPHA has been promoting better public health services and upholding professional standards in Ethiopia for over 37 years. Through advocacy, active engagement, and networking, EPHA continues to support the advancement of public health in the country. EPHA collaborates with both local and international partners to address Ethiopia’s top public health priorities.

We are pleased to invite you to become a member of EPHA a dedicated Association to advancing public health through research, policy engagement, capacity building, and professional networking.

Types of Membership (Individual and Institutional)
- Regular Membership: for health professionals
- Associate Membership : for non-health professionals
- Honorary Membership: for individuals who have made outstanding contributions to public health or the community and

እንኳን ለ2019 ዓ/ም አደረሳችሁ!

ማኅበራችን ከተመሰረተ ከ37 አመት በላይ ሆኖታል።

ከ11,000 በላይ በልዩ ልዩ ዘርፍ የተሰማሩ አንጋፋና ወጣት አባላትን አቅፎ የያዘ ማኅበር ሲሆን ከመንግስታዊም ሆነ መንግስታዊ ካልሆኑ ድርጅቶች ጋር በቅርበት ይሰራል።

የተሻለ የጤና አገልግሎትን ለህብረተሰቡ ተደራሽ ለማድረግ የሙያና ስነምግባር ክህሎትን ለማሳደግ የሚረዳ ተከታታይ የሙያ ማሻሻያ ስልጠና (CPD) ይሰጣል።

በከፍተኛ የትምህርት ተቋማትና በሌሎች የአገልግሎት ሰጪ ድርጅቶች ለሚሰሩ አባላቱ በጥናትና ምርምር የላቀ ተሳትፎ እንዲኖራቸው የሚያስችል ተቋማዊ የጥናትና ምርምር ግምገማ ኮሚቴ (IRERC) ያለው በመሆኑ ለበርካታ ድርጅቶችና ግለሰቦች አገልግሎት በመስጠት ላይ ነው፤ በዚህም እውቅናን አግኝቷል።

የጤና አገልግሎት ጥራት ከማኅበሩ እሴቶች መካከል አንዱና ዋነኛው ከመሆኑ ጋር ተያይዞ ለምርምር ማእከላት የሚውሉ ክፍሎችን እና የተንጣለለ አዳራሽ የያዘ ባለ 7 ወለል ህንጻ በማስገንባት ለትውልድ የሚተላለፍ አሻራ አስቀምጧል።

በተጨማሪም ዘመናዊ ቤተ መጽሐፍትና ማተሚያ ቤት ያለው በመሆኑ አባላቱንና አጋር ድርጅቶችን በትጋት በማገልገል ላይ ይገኛል።

የኢትዮጵያ ጤና አጠባበቅ ማኅበር የዓለም የጤና ኮንግረስን ጨምሮ ታላላቅ ሳይንሳዊ ኮንፍረንሶችን በማስተባበር በአገራችን ተጠቃሽ ሚና ካላቸው ማኅበራት ተርታ ከፊት የሚሰለፍ ነው።

የኢትዮጵያ ሙያ ማኅበራት ሕብረት (EPAA) ሰብሳቢም በመሆኑ ከሌሎች ሙያ ማኅበራት ጋር በመቀናጀት በጤናው ዘርፍ ከፍተኛ አስተዋጽኦ እያበረከተ ይገኛል።

ማኅበሩ በየአመቱ በርካታ የጥናት ውጤቶችን በአመታዊ ጉባኤው ከማቅረብ በዘለለ፤ ወቅታዊ የጤና መረጃዎችን በማሳተምና በማሰራጨት ለማኅበረሰቡ ተደራሽ ያደርጋል።

የኢትዮጵያ ጤና አጠባበቅ ማኅበር የአፍሪካ የሕብረተሰብ ጤና ማኅበር (AFPHA) መቀመጫ ከመሆኑ ባሻገር ፕሬዚደንቱ የፌዴሬሽኑ ዋና ጸሐፊ በመሆናቸው በአገሪቱ ማንኛውም አይነት የጤና ችግር በተከሰተ ጊዜ በፈጥኖ ደራሽነቱ የተመሰከረለት ማኅበር ነው።

እንኳን ለ2019 ዓ/ም አደረሳችሁ እያልን በአዲሱ አመት የዚህ ማኅበር አባል እንዲሆኑ የአክብሮት ጥሪ እናቀርባለን።

የኢትዮጵያ ጤና አጠባበቅ ማኅበር የሕይወት ዘመን አባል በነበሩትና በስራ አስፈጻሚ ኮሚቴ አባልነት ማኅበሩን ባገለገሉት በዶ/ር ታከለ ገረሱ ሕልፈት የተሰማንን ሃዘን እየገለጽን ለቤተሰቦቻቸው፣ ለጓደኞቻቸውና ለወዳጅ ዘመዶቻቸው መፅናናትን እንመኛለን።

የቀብር ስነስርአቱ ነገ እሁድ ነሐሴ 24 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም. ከቀኑ 6:00 ሰዓት በአዲስ አበባ ጉርድ ሾላ አካባቢ በሚገኘው ሰዓሊተ ምህረት ቅድስት ማርያም ካቴድራል ቤተክርስቲያን የሚፈጸም ይሆናል።

የኢትዮጵያ ጤና አጠባበቅ ማኅበር ከዳግማዊ ሚኒሊክ ህክምና እና ጤና ሳይንስ ኮሌጅ ጋር በመተባበር ነሐሴ 18 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም የጌርጌሲኖን የአእምሮ ህሙማን መርጃና ማገገሚያ ማዕከል ጉብኝት ተካሄዷል።

በጉብኝቱ 260 ህሙማንን መመገብ የተቻለ ሲሆን የአልባሳትና የንጽሕና መጠበቂያ ቁሳቁስ ልገሳም ተደርጓል።
