About the Session

The training will introduce participants to the concepts of constructive and corrosive capital, highlighting the key differences between them and examining how different types of investment can either strengthen transparency, good governance, and sustainable growth or, when poorly structured, create risks such as weak accountability, unfair competition, and long-term economic challenges. Drawing on global good practices and practical case insights, the session will help participants better understand how investment flows influence governance, markets, and development outcomes.
