የሥራ ላይ ልምድ መቅሰም በያ ኮፊ (YA Coffee)! 💡🌱

በኢቢኤን ኢትዮጵያ (EBN Ethiopia) አዘጋጅነት የሚካሄደው የ8 ሳምንታት "Youth Empowerment for Success (YES)" የሥራ ፈጠራ ጉዞ አካል የሆነው የሥራ ላይ ልምድ መቅሰም (Job Shadowing) መርሃ-ግብር በያ ኮፊ (YA Coffee) ተካሂዷል። ሰልጣኞቻችን በቡና ቀመሳ (Coffee Cupping) ጥበብ እና ሳይንስ ላይ ድንቅ የተግባር ስልጠና አግኝተዋል።

ለሰልጣኞቻችን ላዘጋጁት አነቃቂና አስደሳች ልምድ ለወይዘሮ ሣራ ይርጋ እና ለሙሉ የ"YA Coffee" ቡድን ከልብ እናመሰግናለን! 👏💛

Job shadowing experience at YA Coffee!

Our Youth Empowerment for Success (YES) trainees had an incredible hands-on Job Shadowing experience at YA Coffee Roasters, where they received an insightful training session on the art and science of coffee cupping. Experiencing Ethiopian coffee culture from an entrepreneurial perspective gave our young leaders a fresh lens on industry standards and business excellence.

A massive thank you to Sara Yirga and the entire YA Coffee team for opening your doors, sharing your expertise, and delivering such a memorable learning experience for our trainees! 👏💛

የሳምንት 7 ማስታወሻ - ዓላማ እና ጥሪ! 🚀✨

በኢቫንጄሊካል ቢዝነስ ኔትወርክ (EBN Ethiopia) ከሚካሔዱ ፕሮግራሞች አንዱ የሆነው የ YES (Youth Empowerment for Success) ወጣቶችን የማብቃት ፕሮግራማችን አሁን በ7ኛው ሳምንት ላይ ይገኛል!

በዚህ ሳምንት ከወጣቶቻችን ጋር በ" ዓላማ እና ጥሪ” (Purpose and Calling) ርዕስ ላይ ድንቅ ጊዜ አሳልፈናል። በዕለቱ የፓራዳይዝ ቱር ኤንድ ትራቭል (Paradise Tour and Travel) መስራችና ስራ አስፈፃሚ እንዲሁም የኢትዮጵያ ቱር ኦፕሬተሮች ማህበር ፕሬዝዳንት የሆኑት ፓስተር ፍፁም ልምዳቸውን እና እውቀታቸውን አካፍለውናል።

በኢ.ቢ.ኤን ኢትዮጵያ የወጣቶች ዘርፍ ዓላማ ለወጣቶች የተስፋ መታደስን፣ የባለራእይ መሪነትን እና በእግዚአብሔር ቃል መርህ እና እሴት ላይ የተመሰረተ የስራ ፈጠራ ክህሎትን ማስታጠቅ ነው።

Week 7 Highlights: Purpose & Calling!

We are currently in the 7th week of the YES (Youth Empowerment for Success) Program, organized by Evangelical Business Network (EBN Ethiopia)!

This week, our youth had an insightful and empowering session with Pastor Fitsum, Founder and CEO of Paradise Tour and Travel and President of the Ethiopian Tour Operators Association. He joined us to share practical wisdom and spiritual insights on “Purpose and Calling.”

At EBN Ethiopia, our mission is to restore hope, raise ethical leaders, and equip young entrepreneurs with a strong, purpose-driven foundation. Seeing our participants discover their true calling is what this journey is all about!

የYES ፕሮጀክት 2ኛው ዙር የ7ኛው ሳምንት ቆይታችን እጅግ ነበር! ከአሜሪካ ከመጡት ሬቨረንድ ሙሉነህ ጋር በመሆን ስለ "Global Business Ecosystem" (ዓለም አቀፍ የንግድ ምህዳር ) Building what matters በሚል ርእስ የስልጠና ጊዜ አሳልፈናል።

ስልጠናው የተሳታፊዎቻችንን የእይታ አድማስ ያሰፋ፣ በዓለም አቀፍ ደረጃ በስራ አለም ላይ እንዴት ተወዳዳሪና ስኬታማ መሆን እንደሚችሉ ጥልቅ እውቀት ያስጨበጠ ድንቅ ክፍለ-ጊዜ ነበር።

ለሬቨረንድ ሙሉነህ ላካፈሉን ጥልቅ እውቀት፣ ራዕይ እና ለነገዎቹ መሪዎች ላላቸው ፍቅር ከልብ እናመሰግናለን!



A Blessed Week of Global Vision! 🌐✨

Week 7 of our YES Project Cohort 2 was truly remarkable! We had an incredible training session with Reverend Muluneh from the USA on the topic "Global Business Ecosystem: Building What Matters."

It was an eye-opening session that expanded our participants' horizons, equipping them with deep insights on how to stay competitive and thrive in the global marketplace.

We are deeply grateful to Reverend Muluneh for sharing his profound wisdom, vision, and heart for the next generation of leaders!
