Gracias a un equipo humano etíope asentado en Addis Abeba, con experiencia de campo desde hace más de cuatro años, estas preguntas y muchas otras pueden tener respuesta en un razonable espacio de tiempo. Nos podemos desplazar al pueblo de origen de vuestro/a hijo, para intentar localizar a la familia biológica de vuestro/a hijo/a, recabando toda la información que os interese.Nos podemos encargar de traducir y de hacer llegar a la familia biológica documentos tipo carta, preguntas, etc. y posteriormente enviamos las respuestas traducidas al castellano a las familias adoptantes. También podemos hacer llegar cualquier tipo de paquete que recibamos en Addis Abeba. En cuanto al trabajo de documentación, realizamos un dossier con unas 50 fotografías de la familia biológica y su entorno, o de los lugares y detalles que sean requeridos por la familia adoptante. También se puede realizar vídeo.
