"ኢትዮጵያ ሪድስ በቀዳማዊ ልጅነት ንባብ ክህሎት ላይ የአሰልጣኞች ስልጠና እየሰጠ ነው "
ኢትዮጵያ ሪድስ ከአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር፣ ከአዲስ አበባ ቀዳማዊ ልጅነት ልማት ፕሮግራም እና Van Leer Foundation ጋር በመተባበር ሚያዚያ 21 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም በአብረሆት ቤተ መጽሐፍት የወላጆች ወይም የአሳዳጊዎች የምክር አቅም ግንባታ ሰራተኞችን ለሚደግፉና ለሚከታተሉ ተቆጣጣሪዎች እና አስተባባሪዎች የአሰልጣኞች ስልጠና እየሰጠ ነው።
ስልጠናው ከ4 ክፍለ ከተሞች የተውጣጡ 45 ሰልጣኞችን ያሳተፈ ሲሆን፣ ተሳታፊዎቹ በአዲስ አበባ ቀዳማዊ ልጅነት ልማት ፕሮግራም ስር የሚገኙ የወላጆች ወይም የአሳዳጊዎች የምክር አቅም ግንባታ ሰራተኞችን ለሚደግፉና ለሚከታተሉ ተቆጣጣሪዎች፣ አስተባባሪዎች እንዲሁም የህፃናት እንክብካቤ ማዕከላት ባለሙያዎች ናቸው።
ለሁለት ቀናት የሚቆየው ይህ ስልጠና በቀዳማዊ ልጅነት ልማት ፕሮግራም ውስጥ የልጆችን የንባብ ክህሎትና ልምድ ማካተት ላይ ያተኮረ ሲሆን፣ ህፃናት በቀዳማዊ ልጅነት ዕድሜያቸው ከመጽሐፍ እና ከንባብ ጋር የሚኖራቸውን ግንኙነት ለማጠናከር የሚያግዙ ክህሎቶችን ለማሳደግ ያለመ ነው።
ይህ ትብብር በአዲስ አበባ ውስጥ የቀዳማዊ ልጅነት እድገትን በማጠናከር ፣ህፃናት የተሻለ የመማር መሠረት እንዲኖራቸው እና የንባብ ባህል ከልጅነት ጀምሮ እንዲጎለብት አስተዋጽኦ እንደሚያበረክት ተገልጿል።

“Ethiopia Reads is Providing Training for Trainers on Early Childhood Literacy Skills”
Ethiopia Reads, in collaboration with the Addis Ababa City Administration, the Addis Ababa Early Childhood Development Program, and the Van Leer Foundation, is conducting a training of trainers for supervisors and coordinators who support and monitor parent or caregiver counseling capacity-building workers at the Abrehot Library on April 29, 2018 E.C.
The training brings together 45 participants drawn from four sub-cities. The participants are supervisors, coordinators, and professionals from childcare centers who support and oversee parent or caregiver counseling capacity-building workers under the Addis Ababa Early Childhood Development Program.
This two-day training focuses on integrating children’s reading skills and reading practices into early childhood development programs. It aims to enhance skills that help strengthen children’s engagement with books and reading from an early age.
It has been noted that this collaboration contributes to strengthening early childhood development in Addis Ababa, helping children build a stronger foundation for learning and fostering a reading culture from early childhood.
