ECD-DANIDA Urban Refugee Project Update – December 21, 2024

The youth-led team of the DANIDA Urban Refugee Project has launched its fourth initiative, focusing on effective household waste management. This initiative aims to create cleaner communities while exploring waste management as a viable and sustainable business model. It marks a significant step toward promoting environmental conservation and encouraging responsible waste disposal practices.

The launch event was officially opened by Mr. Mebratu Dase, Head of the Sub-City Party Office. Mr. Desalegn Abera, Head of the W.9 Office, delivered a keynote address that highlighted the importance of sustainable waste management and recycling.

አካዳሚው በተለያዩ ሀገራዊ ፋይዳ ባላቸው ርእሰ ጉዳዮች ላይ የኅብረተሰቡን ግንዛቤ ለማሳደግና ሳይንሳዊ አሠራሮችን ለማጎልበት ያለመ ገለጻና የውይይት መድረክ ሲያካሂድ መቆየቱ ይታወቃል::

“ኢትዮጵያ ለምን በምግብ ራሷን ሳትችል ቆየች?” በሚል ርእስ ምሁራዊ ክርክር በዘርፉ ጥናትና ምርምር ያካሄዱ ተመራማሪዎች፣ የመንግሥት አካላትና ከተለያዩ የኅብረተሰብ ክፍሎች በተወጣጡ አካላት መካከል ይካሄዳል።

መርሐግብሩ የኢትዮጵያ ቅርስ ባለስልጣን አዳራሽ ሐሙስ ሐምሌ 11 ቀን 2016 ዓ.ም ከቀኑ 10፡00 ሰዓት እስከ 12፡00 ሰዓት ስለሚካሄድ በአካል ተገኝተው እንዲኹም ከዚኽ በታች በተጠቀሰው የዙም አድራሻ በቀጥታ እንድሳተፉና ለሌሎችም እንዲያዳርሱ በአክብሮት እንጠይቃለን።

የረቂቅ መመሪያ ዝግጅትን ይመለከታል

የስደተኞች አዋጅ ቁጥር 1110/2011 በህዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት መውጣቱ ይታወቃል። በአዋጅ የተደነገገውን ዕውቅና ያገኙ ስደተኞችንና ጥገኝነት ጠያቂዎችን እንዲሁም የተቀባይ ማህበረሰቦችን የኑሮ ሁኔታን ለማሻሻል እና ኢኮኖሚያዊ ተጠቃሚነት ለማረጋገጥ የስደተኞችና ተመላሾች አገልግሎት በአዋጁ ዓንቀፅ 46 (2) በተሰጠው ስልጣን መሰረት የስደተኞችን የመስራት መብት ለማስፈፀም “ስደተኞች በስራ ላይ የሚሰማሩበትን ሁኔታ ለመወሰን የወጣ የአሠራር መመሪያ ቁጥር 02/2012” አዘጋጅቶ በመተግበር ላይ መሆኑ ይታወቃል፡፡ ነገር ግን የስደተኞች ጉዳይ አዋጅ ቁጥር 1110/2010 የያዛቸውን መብቶች በሙሉ የያዘ ሆኖ አይገኝም።

የነበሩበትን ክፍተቶች በማረም በአዲስ መመሪያ መተካት አስፈላጊ ሆኖ በመገኘቱ የስደተኞችና ተመላሾች አገልግሎት ጉዳዩ በቀጥታ ከሚመለከታቸው ከንግድና ቀጠናዊ ትስስር ሚ/ር፣ ከስራና ክህሎት ሚ/ርና ከገቢዎች ሚ/ር ጋር በጋራ አዲስ ረቂቅ መመሪያ አዘጋጅቷል።

የተዘጋጀው ረቂቅ መመሪያ ዕውቅና ላገኙ ስደተኞችና ጥገኝነት ጠያቂዎች ስለቅጥር ስራ ፍቃድ፣ በንግድ ስራ ስለመሰማራት እና ስለግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር በዝርዝር የሚገልጹ ድንጋጌዎችን እንዲሸፍን ተደርጓል። ይህንን መመሪያ የማስጸደቅ ስራ እየተሰራ ነው።

ይህ መመሪያ ከመፅደቁ በፊት አስተያየት መሰብሰብ አስፈላጊ በመሆኑ አስተያየት መስጠት የሚፈልግ ማንኛውም ሰው በሚከተሉት አማራጮች አስተያየቱን መስጠት ይችላል፤
1. በአገልግሎት መስሪያ ቤቱ አድራሻ ቦሌ ሚካኤል ሩዋንዳ አካባቢ ሚስኪ ህንጻ በአካል በመቅረብ
2. በአገልግሎት መስሪያ ቤቱ አድራሻ በኩል በፅሑፍ በመላክ

የረቂቅ መመሪያው ቅጂ በአካል ከህግ አገልግሎት ወይም ከዋና ዳይሬክተር ጽ/ቤት ቢሮ መውሰድ ወይም ከአገልግሎት መስሪያ ቤቱ ድረገጽ WWW.RRS.ET ላይ ማግኘት ይችላል። የጽሁፍ አስተያየታችሁን ይህ ማስታወቂያ ለህዝብ ይፋ ከሆነበት ቀን አንስቶ ባሉት 10 ተከታታይ ቀናት ማቅረብ ይቻላል።

በመመሪያው ረቂቅ ላይ የቀረቡ የህዝብ አስተያየቶች ላይ ለመወያየት ክፍት የህዝብ መድረክ ለቀን 15/11/2016 ዓ/ም የተዘጋጀ ሲሆን በዚሁ ቀን ከጥዋቱ 2፡30 ቦሌ ሩዋንዳ ሚስኪ ህንጻ በአገልግሎት መስሪያ ቤቱ የመሰብሰብያ አዳራሸ 4ኛ ፎቅ በመገኘት የውይይቱ ተካፋይ እንዲሆኑ ተጋብዘዋል።

Celebrating World Refugee Day!

We were excited to announce that Ethiopian Center for Development organized a special event to promote unity and friendship between refugees and the host community. 🤝⚽️

On June 21 and 23/ 2024, we hosted a football game between refugee team and host community teams. 🏆 This event aimed to bring people together, break down barriers, and celebrate the resilience and strength of refugees around the world. 🌟

Let's continue to cheer them on and create a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone!
