3. የዓለም ዓቀፉ ቱሪስት አስጎብኚ ባለሙያዎች ማኅበራት ፌደሬሽን ምንነት ፣ የዓለም ዓቀፍ ቱሪስት አስጎብኚ ባለሙያዎች ቀን አከባበር ጅማሮ እና እየተከበረ ያለበት መንገድ ናቸው።

በዝርዝርም ለሚድያ ተቋማቱ የኢትዮጵያ ቱሪስት አስጎብኚ ባለሙያዎች ማኅበር የተቋቋመበትን ራዕይ ፣ ተልዕኮ እና ዓላማ ያስረዱ ሲሆን ፤ ከፎኮካ ጃፓን ዓለም ዓቀፍ ቱሪስት አስጎብኚ ባለሙያዎች ማኅበራት ፌደሬሽን ጉባኤ 2026 ተሳትፎ ጋር በተገናኘም ማብራሪያ እንደሚከተለው አቅርበዋል፡፡
👉 በቅርቡ ከተካሄደው የዓለም ዓቀፉ ቱሪስት አስጎብኚ ማኅበራት ፌደሬሽን ጉባኤ (WFTGA Convention 2026) ጋር በተያያዘም ማኅበራችን አባል የሆነበት ምክንያት ፣ ሒደት ፣ ቀን ፣ በጉባኤው የተሳተፉ የኢትዮጵያ ቱሪስተ አስጎብኚ ባለሙዎች ማኅበር አባላት ፣ ጉባኤውን ለማስተናገድ የሚደረግ ውድድር ዓላማ ፣ የውድድሩ ሒደት ፣ በጉባኤው የሚሳተፉ ሃገራት ብዛት እና የተሳታፊ ስብጥር ፣ ከጉባኤው ተሳትፎ የተገኘ ጥቅም (እንደ ሃገር ለኢትዮጵያ ፣ ለየኢትዮጵያ ቱሪስት አስጎብኚ ባለሙዎች ማኅበር እና ለማኅበራችን አባላት) በጥልቀት ተዳሷል።

በመጨረሻም የዓለም ዓቀፉ ቱሪስት አስጎብኚ ማኅበራት ፌደሬሽን ምንነት ፣ የዓለም ዓቀፍ ቱሪስት አስጎብኚ ባለሙያዎች ማኅበራት ፌደሬሽን ምስረታ (መቼ ፣ የት ፣ ለምን እና እነማን መሠረቱት) የዓለም ዓቀፍ ቱሪስት አስጎብኚ ባለሙያዎች ቀን አከባበር ጅማሮ ምን ይመስላል? እና በሌላ ዓለም እየተከበረ ያለበትን መንገድ በሰፊው አብራርተው በቀጣይ ሊደረግ የሚገባውን መልዕክት እና የወደፊት አቅጣጫ ለተገቢው የዘርፉ መሥሪያ ቤት በመጠቆም እና ማስተላለፍ ጋዜጣዊ መግለጫው ተጠናቋል፡፡

የኢትዮጵያ ቱሪስት አስጎብኚ ባለሙያዎች ማኅበር የዓለም ዓቀፍ ቱረስት አስጎብኚ ባለሙያዎችን ቀን እያከበረ ከሚገኝበት ኩነቶች መካከል አንዱ ‹‹የኢትዮጵያ ቱሪስት አስጎብኚ ባለሙያዎች ሙያዊ ጉዞ ፣ ተግዳሮት እና ነገ›› በሚል ርዕስ ያዘጋጀው የውይይት መድረክ ነው፡፡
የውይይት መድረኩም በቱሪዝም ማሰልጠኛ ኢንስቲትዩት ትብብር በገነት ሆቴል አዳራሽ ተጋባዥ እንግዶች ፣ የመገናኛ ብዙሃን ባለሙያዎች ፣ የማኅበሩ አባላት ፣ የቱሪዝም ማሰልጠኛ ኢንስቲትዩት አመራሮች ፣ ሠራተኞች ፣ መምህራን እና ተማሪዎች በተገኙበት በደማቅ ሁኔታ (ከጠዋቱ 03፡00 እስከ ቀኑ 07፡00ሰዓት) ተከብሮ ውሏል፡፡

በመድረኩ በርዕሱ እንደተጠቀሰው የቱሪስት አስጎብኚ ባለሙያውን ማዕከል ያደረገ ፣ ገንቢ እና ለኢትዮጵያ ቱሪዝም ሙያዊ ዕይታ የፖሊሲ ለውጥ ግብዓት ሊሆኑ የሚችሉ ሐሳቦች የተነሱ ሲሆን ፤ በዋናነት የትምህርት ተቋም መምህራን ፣ ከሃያ ዓመት በላይ በአስጎብኚ ባለሙያነት ያገለገሉ እና በቱሪዝም ዘርፍ ላይ እየተማሩ ያሉ የነገ የሙያው ተረካቢ ተማሪዎች ተካፍለውበታል፡፡

መድረኩ ከውይይት ባለፈ በዕድሜ ታላላቆችን ከታናናሾች እና በልምድ ፣ በዕውቀት እና በክህሎት አንጋፋ የሆኑ አስጎብኚ ባለሙያዎችን ከጀማሪ እስከ ተማሪ ያገናኘ መድረክ ነበር፡፡

የዕለቱ መርኃ ግብርም ማኅበራቸውን ደከመኝ ሰለቸኝ ሳይሉ 24/7 በትጋት ጊዜያቸውን ፣ ጉልበታቸውን እና ገንዘባቸውን ሳይሰስቱ በመስጠት ያገለገሉትን የቀድሞ ሥራ አስፈፃሚ ኮሚቴ አባላት (አቶ እንደኛነው አሰፋ ፣ አቶ ክብሮም ተስፋይ ፣ አቶ አቤል መኮንን ፣ ወ/ት ኤድና ታዬ እና አቶ ሐሚድ ካሴ) በማክበር የኢትዮጵያ ቱሪስት አስጎብኚ ባለሙያዎች ማኅበር የእናመሰግናለን የምስክር ወረቀት ካበረከተላቸው በኋላ ከመርኃ ግብሩ ተሳታፊዎች ጋራ ፎቶ በመነሳት ተጠናቋል፡፡

Panel Discussion
“Ethiopian Tourist Guides: Journey, Challenges and the Future!”

As part of the events marking International Tourist Guide Day, the Ethiopian Tourist Guides Professionals Association organized a panel discussion entitled “Ethiopian Tourist Guides: Journey, Challenges and the Future!”

The panel discussion was held in collaboration with the Tourism Training Institute at the Genet Hotel Hall and was celebrated in a vibrant atmosphere with the presence of invited guests, media professionals, Association members, leaders and staff of the Tourism Training Institute, instructors and students. The event took place from 9:00AM. to 1:00PM and was conducted in a lively and engaging manner.

As reflected in its theme, the discussion centered on the tourist guide profession, raising constructive ideas that could serve as valuable input for policy reform and for shaping a professional vision for Ethiopian tourism. Participants included instructors from educational institutions, tourist guides with over twenty years of professional experience and students currently studying tourism; regarded as the future custodians of the profession.

Beyond discussion, the forum served as a meaningful platform that brought together senior and junior generations; as well as experienced, knowledgeable and highly skilled professional guides with beginners and students, fostering intergenerational and professional connections.

The program was concluded by honoring former Executive Committee members (Mr. Endegnaw Assefa, Mr. Kibrom Tesfaye, Mr. Abel Mekonnen, Ms. Edna Taye, and Mr. Hamid Kasse) who served the Association tirelessly; dedicating their time, energy and financial resources around the clock without hesitation or complaint. The Ethiopian Tourist Guides Professionals Association presented them with certificates of appreciation.

In closing, the Ethiopian Tourist Guides Professionals Association extends its heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to the Tourism Training Institute!
