📣 Ahir a la nit, el Teatre Nacional de Catalunya es va vestir de gala per celebrar l’entrega dels Premis Nacionals de Recerca 2025. I des de l’ICIQ no podem estar més orgullosos!

🔝 La nostra líder de grup i investigadora ICREA va recollir oficialment el Premi Nacional de Recerca al Talent Jove ex aequo, un reconeixement merescudíssim a la seva trajectòria en el camp de la fotocatàlisi i els micromotors impulsats per llum per a reptes ambientals i energètics.

📚 Today .hallado has defended her thesis on artificial chromophore–protein assemblies, using absorption, circular and linear dichroism, and fluorescence to explore how chromophore arrangement can mimic photosynthetic reaction centers — work that helps pave the way for future solar-fuel technologies.

has defended his thesis on developing molecular hybrid anodes for Water Oxidation, a key step toward producing green hydrogen through artificial photosynthesis.

“I’d be a glassy carbon electrode. I’ve spent countless hours working with it, watching beautiful electrochemical phenomena happen on its tiny surface — it became the heart of my thesis.”
