Last Saturday, we opened a space for something we don’t talk about enough.

Not productivity.
Not travel tips.
Not business.

Just mental fitness.

A chance to pause, reflect, connect and learn practical tools to navigate stress, overthinking and self-doubt.

A huge thank you to and for sharing their knowledge, energy and experience with our community, and for choosing La Cocotera as the place for this conversation. 🌿
