On August 21, we hosted the online follow-up of the Training Course "Authentic by Nature", to virtually immerge in the tales of the Estonians countryside.

Giovanni, the representative of the Italian team , has shared with us his insight in participating in the training course, aimed at fostering the connection of participants within their inner selves, among themselves and with the beautiful surrounding nature. Meditation, body movement, contact improvisation, nature walking, were daily activities carried out between green fields, the deep forest and the shores of the lake next to the accommodation.

Thanks to the job of the wonderful trainers, a very safe space was created to address the needs of empathic communication and consent, that can be translated in everyday interaction. The experience was very enlightening in re-affirming how is important to re-connect with nature and to live simply, keeping a break from the digital space.

Huge thanks to everyone who joined the session for their curiosity and engagement
