A.D.B.A. Oscar is a registered small and with CIF (VAT) organisation. Formed by volunteers with the objective to provide to needy, abandoned, sick, or in danger animals, a shelter, veterinary care, food, affection, attention, dedication, good and responsible homes
As a non-profit organisation, we need help and support to make our aims possible. The name of the association, OSCAR, is in memory of a great animal: Oscar was a mutilated puppy who was abandoned very sick in a little kennel. A responsible adoption was found for him, and Oscar lived very happily with his family, but unfortunately it died this year because of Leishmaniasis that affected his kidney, despite being treated. Oscar left a big emotional void and great sadness to the people who knew and loved him, the same love which he showed us throughout his life. OSCAR WILL BE ALWAYS IN OUR HEARTS. Because of the difficulties to see an abandoned animal and don´t know where to keep it, find or get responsible homes, take them to veterinarians, and provide security, this association was created.
