🏃 The pitch ‘Can physical exercise modulate the dopaminergic system and protect about motivational-like depressive symptoms?’ got the 🥉 prize in our VII Research Pitches Contest. The PhD student from the Psychology programme of the Jaume I University Régulo Olivares García submitted this video presentation.

🧠 Olivares García stresses the importance of understanding the neural basis of the depressed brain to design treatments that are more effective and helpful in improving the quality of life of these people.

🏃 El pitch ‘Can physical exercise modulate the dopaminergic system and protect about motivational-like depressive symptoms?’ obtuvo el 🥉 premio en nuestro VII Concurso de Pitches de Investigación. El doctorando del programa de Psicología de la Universitat Jaume I - UJI Régulo Olivares García remitió esta presentación en vídeo.

🧠 Olivares García subraya la relevancia de comprender las bases neurales del cerebro depresivo, a fin de lograr diseñar tratamientos que sean más eficaces y beneficiosos para mejorar la calidad de vida de estas personas.

⚙️ The pitch ‘DORI: Development of Intelligent Robotic Orthosis to improve movement in children with Multiple Congenital Arthrogryposis’ was submitted by the researcher of La Salle University Mexico Zizilia Zamudio Beltrán achieved the 🥈 prize in our VII Research Pitches Contest.

🙋 Zamudio Beltrán is a member of the research group in Assistive and Collaborative Robotics. She is working on the design and construction of an intelligent robotic orthosis, which will allow children with multiple congenital arthrogryposis to perform daily activities.

🙋 Zamudio Beltrán forma parte del grupo de investigación en Robótica Asistencial y Colaborativa. Está trabajando en el diseño y construcción de una ortesis robótica inteligente, que permitirá a los menores con artrogriposis múltiple congénita realizar actividades cotidianas.
